Neither is my Brother-in-law who said he used to work for Canon at one time. We both have tried to sync this with my Ipad, my iPhone, a new Chome book (just for this reason), and my brother-in-laws own Computer. I read that it could be connected to all of mine. NO SUCH LUCK!!! We are full time RV’ers and we wanted this to take up less room in our Motorhome. I have had this until the non-refundable time due to the Corona Virus period. And I hoped my Brother-in-law could remedy my problem. So disappointed. I thought Canon was good.
