ONLY THING DIDNT LIKE IS THAT IT TOOK A WHILE TO SET UP THE WIRELESS PRINTER TO OUR INTERNET

So far so good. I uses it to print some plans and pictures and I like the colors and the speed.

I purchased this printer to replace a HP Officejet 7000. So far, the results have been good. The print quality has been excellent, and the ink lasts longer than expected. I use the printer for low volume image printing, not for text. The only problem so far is that the replacement ink cost is high. However this seems to be the biggest problem on most inkjet printers. I have not used the wireless feature and have the printer USB connected.

Prints beautifully on up to 13x19. Using aftermarket ink and Canon Pro Luster paper looks as good or better than lab prints. Tried some Epson Metallic paper and results were stunning. Uses 250/251 ink which is easy to get cheap from amazon...i use Arthur Imaging ink with good results. Canon ink would cost a fortune for big prints.

When I researched this unit,recommended by friend, the literature indicated that it was 3 way. Print,copy,scan. It does not do all 3. It was extremely difficult to set up wirelessly with my router.Canon tech was on phone with me for 1hr38min. I am not a geek,but am proficient.hung up and finally got it myself. Don't like it and probably returning. It does print B/W well,not so well color

seems to work just as good as my IP8720. Just hope it last a little longer. The IP8720 died at just over two years and the only thing the customer service guys could suggest was to replace it when the print head gave errors. We shall see what happens. If it lasts no longer, I will go with the Epsom printer line.

Been looking at this printer for sometime but it was always sold out, I got lucky one afternoon and it was in stock for 15 minutes and I bought it with no hesitation. Wi-Fi can be complicated but just plug in and setup it up thru your PC and it’s easier that way. Prints are clear and flawless with a borderless option, best part is you can buy 3 month of ink from amazon for about twenty dollars are there really good.

We bought this printer since we were going to have a bunch of events over the next few months and we wanted to print our own pictures compared to going to somewhere to print. We just printed our wedding pictures and they looked terrific. They were very clear and all of the details that we saw when looking at them on the computer were there on the paper as well. Looking forward to printing more pictures in the near future!

We were replacing a printer for our church. This is far and above our previous printer. It was easy to connect and worked exactly as it was designed to do right out of the box.

Photo quality is great. Setup was easy. Ink is a little costly, but the printer is efficient with ink. Worth every penny.

After exhaustive research, I decided to try this printer. I'm certainly glad that I did. It produces excellent enlargements. I needed a machine that would give me quality 11x14 prints. This printer filled that need. I also LOVE that this printer uses individual ink tanks. This alone saves a ton of money on replacement cartridges. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this before and it lasted for 4 plus years with daily and very continuous usage. That's why I wanted to buy the exact same printer again - really so glad to have found it at Best Buy. I love this printer - extremely easy to use and reliable.

The printer replaced a printer from an competitor that sometimes required an hour to print one page. Turns out the printer had a known fault that the manufacturer would not make good. The Canon Pixma printer was easy to set up and provided satisfactory results. I found an unadvertised feature that made printing odd sized documents very easy.

This printer is great. I got it at a decent price and it does exactly what I need. Very easy to operate.
