I had a Pixma tank printer for many years until I broke it. I got the new version because I knew it was good,

It is decent printer for the price, having extra ink to print your work for school, home, etc. It doesn't print both sides. It is not like other printers that turn on itself, this one you need to turn it on every time.

It’s a great little printer. Just be careful, it does not support automatic duplex printing. Not a flaw, just something to be aware of. It is super fast, fantastic picture quality and the ink is reasonably priced. Would definitely purchase again.

Printer has great feature and excellent value. A little difficult for setup but all worked great. Also like the super tank ink bottles.

It’s an overall good printer. It just won’t print my cards without an indent. Able to print the size just the card stock is too thick.

I am replacing my older Canon MegaTank that, well, when you use alot, eventually needs to be replaced. I loved that older model. This one...not so much. VERY noisy, not as efficient, does not automatically do double sided. Very disappointed with this new model. I would take it back, but I was moving to another state, and it was not on the top of my priority list. Now it is too late. So I am stuck with it.

Easy setup and works great. It would be nice if it included more instructions and visuals on how to fill the ink. I had to locate a good youtube video to do this

This printer has been amazing for a daily basis I have also printed over 200 photos and still have tons of ink.

I love this printer it is a tad bit slow to get going but the picture quality is awesome

Love it had to get a new printer so i went with this one its great.

Easy setup ( use phone app). Seamlessly works with W11, IOS, and android ( Chromebox), with zero setup for all connected devices. Turns itself off, which we like. But have to remember to turn on when sending a print job. No big deal as this is like flipping a light switch.

Terrible. Couldn't get it setup/functional despite very, VERY lengthy calls with their techs. We returned the 'Canon-PIXMA Mega Tank' to Best Buy, which, btw, was truly professional, easy to deal with. Thanks for YOUR help BBuy, even if Canon was useless! (We bought an HP instead. All's good in our printer world.)

Easy to connect and easy to use. the print quality is optimal for office use but dont expect to print perfect portraits out of it. yes it is good quality but not great quality. for a wallet photo, it would be more than ideal.

Bought this off Bestbuy.com. I was sent a printer that was recently returned. It still had the other persons name and address. I never opened and returned it to the store. Guy who returned it asked me if I had opened it. I replied "No". Then he preceded to ask me if it was a box of rocks. I said why would I do that when you have all my information, then he said the tape looks fake. I said well maybe it was the person who had it before me. You can tell someone else had it before me. If I ordered something new, why would Best Buy send me a returned printer. To put the icing on the cake the employee tried to be sarcastic after the return and say bye Judy. That's the name that was on the box from a totally different state. I called corporate to file a complaint. It's been 2 weeks and never heard anything from Best Buy. I do not appreciate being sent a used printer and then accused by your employee of basically stealing.

Good all in one printer overall. Print quality is decent. No automatic duplex printing or automatic document feeder. Small, back-lit display.

This printer is really good. Best all in one printer.

A printer that works. Have had many issues with past printer company's that do not receive signal to print, can't find printer etc. This has worked every time without hesitation even from sleep mode

Love this printer. It prints faster than my previous printer and love that it has the mega ink tanks.
