I had a Pixma tank printer for many years until I broke it. I got the new version because I knew it was good,

It’s an overall good printer. It just won’t print my cards without an indent. Able to print the size just the card stock is too thick.

Terrible. Couldn't get it setup/functional despite very, VERY lengthy calls with their techs. We returned the 'Canon-PIXMA Mega Tank' to Best Buy, which, btw, was truly professional, easy to deal with. Thanks for YOUR help BBuy, even if Canon was useless! (We bought an HP instead. All's good in our printer world.)

A printer that works. Have had many issues with past printer company's that do not receive signal to print, can't find printer etc. This has worked every time without hesitation even from sleep mode

Good all in one printer overall. Print quality is decent. No automatic duplex printing or automatic document feeder. Small, back-lit display.

Bought this off Bestbuy.com. I was sent a printer that was recently returned. It still had the other persons name and address. I never opened and returned it to the store. Guy who returned it asked me if I had opened it. I replied "No". Then he preceded to ask me if it was a box of rocks. I said why would I do that when you have all my information, then he said the tape looks fake. I said well maybe it was the person who had it before me. You can tell someone else had it before me. If I ordered something new, why would Best Buy send me a returned printer. To put the icing on the cake the employee tried to be sarcastic after the return and say bye Judy. That's the name that was on the box from a totally different state. I called corporate to file a complaint. It's been 2 weeks and never heard anything from Best Buy. I do not appreciate being sent a used printer and then accused by your employee of basically stealing.

This printer has been amazing for a daily basis I have also printed over 200 photos and still have tons of ink.

Love this printer. It prints faster than my previous printer and love that it has the mega ink tanks.

I love this printer. It’s awesome all the way around. It comes with so much ink that it can print up to 6000 black and white and 7700 pages in color. It’s definitely a great buy.

Surprisingly good print quality. Photo printing much better than expected. The large in tanks versus buying expensive ink cartridges makes purchase a no brainer. Would buy again

Paper printing and photos very nice quality. Setup was easy with app that is downloaded to desktop. Scanner works well. Issue with paper printing. Multiple times corner has caught on roller and created crooked print or paper jam. Found on line solution to run utility to clean roller. This has happened 3-4 times and I'm not a heavy user.

Had an eco tank didn’t use it much ink dried up in it, and was complicated to use. This one haven’t had any problems with, easy set up

Easy set up, come with ink, in will not go back to cartridges. Prints photos very well

An amazing printer for the price point. It prints fast and clean. It linked up with my phone easily and i was printing documents from my couch.

It not the best . It is a decent printer. This is my second printer. The first one broke down on the color part of the printer. End up replacing the whole printer. So far this printer is still works as long as I keep using the color every month.

Super sharp print quality. Easy to set up WiFi connection following the Canon website instructions. So much better than my old Epson!

The picture quality is very good and love the ink refill option. It was a very quick setup. I've only used for a few weeks, but so far so good!

It is my first time to purchase a canon printer and it did not fail my expectation with this brand. It was easy to set up and works really well.

It's working fine so far. Even though this is a SuperTank printer, I feel it will not print as many pages as it claims. The ink levels seem to go down quickly after 20 or so pages.
