The first one broke down on the color part of the printer. End up replacing the whole printer. So far this printer is still works as long as I keep using the color every month.

So slow, turns itself off & loses WiFi connection

I was swayed by the tankless aspect but it turns itself off all the time and then loses the wireless connection, requiring me to reset the router or unplug the printer and restart it. It prints B&W Ok but is ridiculously slow to print in color, even when choosing "draft"

Amazing printer

It comes with so much ink that it can print up to 6000 black and white and 7700 pages in color. It’s definitely a great buy.

Setup was easy with app that is downloaded to desktop. Scanner works well. Issue with paper printing. Multiple times corner has caught on roller and created crooked print or paper jam. Found on line solution to run utility to clean roller. This has happened 3-4 times and I'm not a heavy user.

Photo printing much better than expected. The large in tanks versus buying expensive ink cartridges makes purchase a no brainer. Would buy again

Even though this is a SuperTank printer, I feel it will not print as many pages as it claims. The ink levels seem to go down quickly after 20 or so pages.
