The print quality is great and speed is good. Holds a lot of ink. However, getting it to print is a problem. I've reinstalled the print driver multiple times. It keeps going off-line and what works one time does not work the second time. Further, the message screen is hard to read. It does print consistently from my phone though. No helpful 800 number to call either. I've had other Canon printers and never had this issue.

Printer works well, but just a bit slower than my previous one. Prints good, operates with east.

Excellent printing, easy to set up, and ink is so much cheaper. Has worked like a dream since I set it up. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner.

Good printer, poor control and software. The control from the little screen and 4 keypad is a JOKE. After I print photo from the rear tray it simply won’t switch back to cassette. I have to get Canon Technical Support to help （ They are good )… fortunately.

The print is outstanding in black and white & color. I really like how I just have to fill the installed bottles with ink (absolutely no mess). Scanning is fantastic and always straight unlike other printer - scanner manufacturers with the auto-feed capability. My only issue is that it seems to lag starting to print (I hear it all working), and it’s while before you actually hear it printing. Also, I’ve had printers that cost a lot less money that print a lot faster. All in all, I am very satisfied though.

Great printer, economical to use, print quality is great. I would definitely recommend it. Three minor gripes. Display panel is almost useless. My older Pixma Mx870 had a much better Color LCD panel and it was 15+ years older. Second gripe is the printing speed is geologically slow when doing double sided. Third gripe is that while you can print and copy double sided using the ADF, when scanning using the ADF, you scan the first side, then take all the pages from the ADF and rotate them 180 degrees and refeed them in the ADF to scan the other side. this printer is great - it has helped me be able to focus on work without having any printer issues.

...,as a Canon product should be. I needed a printer to print HEAVY card stock - 110lb. The heaviest. This works great! Well, once you figure out all the beeps, and how to actually fudge around with the dinosaur-type display. Great print quality, fairly quiet when printing, and the ink will last forEVER. Setup was fairly easy & quick -- some might have a bit of trouble if not familiar with installations. I'm taking off one star because it's definitely not user-friendly.

Bought one of these to mitigate the rising ink costs from HP. Easy setup and quality print work. Wireless connectivity through an app certainly helps add a big dose of convenience! Ink refills should be easy and cost a fraction from before.

Seems to be a pretty good printer. I like the fact that the ink lasts longer and it doesn't break the bank when replacing it. Not totally happy with how it prints photos, but that is not why I purchased this printer. It does a good job for what I use it for.

Setting up my new Canon printer as an ease. I haven't had to replace ink in months, still 80% full. My old printer I was replacing ink ,seems like monthly. I have had no problems using the fax portion for the machine. Over all great experience with this product . This is my second machine. I had an issue with my first one, took to Best Buy. They looked into the issue promptly, then assisted me with getting another one. Thank you Best Buy and Canon.

So far I really like this printer but have only used it a couple times. The biggest drawback for me is that you must open the front panel for it to operate. This printer sits on a shelf above my computer and head so I can't see/read the display with that panel open.

I really would like to give it 4.5 stars but can't figure out how to do that. By comparison with other printers, the price per page is much lower, and the output is beautiful! I love that I don't have to buy ink every month. The only drawback -- I still haven't mastered its proper operation. ( I'm not sure if that's my fault or the printer's.)

I have had this printer for a few weeks and everything is working as expected. Set up was easy and everyone in the house connected quickly. Print quality meets my expectations. I like the MegaTank as an alternative to the tiny cartridges.

This printer was super quick and easy to set up and the printing quality is great! I've only had it for a week but so far everything is working great. It was a bit pricier than I expected to spend but it will balance out since the ink will last longer and will be cheaper to refill.

I was surprised how small this printer actually is. Very easy to load the ink and it also comes with 2 extra black ink bottles. The ink is also not very expensive. I would say it is about the same price as buying cartridges but it lasts waaay longer. Only thing I dislike is that I have limited options when printing from my android phone.

Easy set up and love the extra ink capacity of this printer, wireless hookup was seamless. I would recommend this for a for a small in home business printer as that is what I use it for.

I am very pleased with this Printer. It currently meets all of my needs. I have not tried photo printing yet and cannot comment about that feature. However, I am disappointed that I have to physically turn on the printer to print, copy, or use any of the features after it has been idle. Overall, it is a good printer, especially since it is a MegaTank.

This is Canon printer is new for me, have had other brands of printers. The printer is working well. Easy to operate and the printing is clear. I have only had the printer a few weeks, so have not had the opportunity to try all the features yet. So far so good.

I have found that the canon Pixima G7020 is a fine machine. After I found the online manual I was able to answer a question I had. The machine seems to be easy to use. I am not to fond of the read out window that shows you different activities that the machine is performing. The window is really to small and hard to read.
