Easy to setup, prints well. A little slow to start when print command is sent to the printer. It is like it has to wake up then go to work. Have been dependable. Good value.

Great all in one printer. Easy setup. Love the ink well feature. Easy to fill and cheaper than ink cartridges. Replaceable heads are a nice feature along with double side printing, scanning and faxing. This is an air printer , so printing from your phone is a great feature. Print quality is great and photos come out exceptional. Little more money than the cheaper cartridge printers but worth the difference to pay a little more.

All in all I like the printer. It is one of the few printers that allow you to have two different types of paper meaning it has two different paper trays. I use standard letter and 4X6 photo. This allows me to print nearly anything without having to reload the cassettes. This is also my first ink reservoir printer so we'll see how that goes. I have had glowing recommendations from friends that this is the way to go. One downside I have noticed is it does not print as fast as my previous Canon Inkjet did. Don't understand that. You would think that the newer technology would at least be as fast as the previous models and - of course - it cost more $$$'s.

Easy to set up and print quality copies. This printer(Canon-Pixma MegaTank G7020) will quickly pay for itself by using the Mega Tank refills and I couldn't be happier! So long expensive cartridges for my now "Ex Dumpster Printer."

After having a different tank printer, I never thought that it could be equaled. But the Canon PIXMA MegaTank G7020 is the greatest!! The colors were so much more vivid than my old printer, and the crispness of this printer is SO DANG CLEAR!! WOW! This is the best printer that I've ever purchased. 5 out of 5 stars!! The price is great, the quality is great. And no expensive ink to buy all the time. Wonderful printer!!!

Overall it's good, but mobile application to print is not good UI is way older, they need to update and make UI solid. Color print in photos are not up to the mark.

Works great nice printer for home use. The ink tanks are great easy to fill and cheap to buy more ink. The print quality is very good to but I didn't try printing anything on photo paper

This Pixma MegaTank printer is absolutely wonderful for the home office. We use it to print documents, photos, scan & copy and it always just works. Huge ink reservoirs allow for bulk purchase and it's super simple to refill. I've recommended this printer to many others and will continue to do so!

Love the ease of filling up the ink on this and how economical the ink will be for me now. The quality is really good. Taking one star off for speed

I am impressed by this printer and its functions. One, the ink cost is ridiculously low! The automatic feeder is particularly useful, especially when needing to scan documents. It does not have a separate tray for photo paper, but one can load the back feeder with photo paper fast and easily. The printer does not have a fancy screen, but the basics of the one it has is simple to use. A huge plus was setup was easy.

My wife often complained that she could not print and I'd have to go through things like making sure he panel was tilted (can't be flat), pulling the power, etc. The display is also hard to read in dim light. It then started jamming and making a loud clicking noise less than 30 days after the 1-year warranty. I hadn't used 25% of the ink. I hobbled by the next year as the color print quality degraded. It already was not good out of the box but I figured it was worth the cheap ink. I'm now over two years and replacing it. My wife is running up to the UPS store to print color. I still have a half tank of all the color and two bottles of black ink that will go to waste.

Can print a lot but you have to be consistent and keep printing or heads dry out.

While I was hoping for a more features such as a touchscreen and an autoduplexed document scanner, I am very happy with this printer. Very easy to use and still includes the tank ink. No more high dollar ink cartirdges.

We have been happy with this printer that we recently purchased. images are clear and reliable. We like the refillable ink as opposed to the cartridges. I have no complaints at this time.
