G 7020 printer was easy to set up except for the scanning feature. Printer does not want to acknowledge computer in order to send images back to it. But the other direction works great. Love the refillable ink feature and printing is great. Probably not good enough to print pictures for framing but otherwise good quality and very quick.

This is my second Pixma G7020. Will be buying another soon. Good quality. No endless groaning and waiting to "ready" itself like other printers. Ink is easy to refill and lasts a long time. We primarily print black and white documents but color is good too. Overall very good product.

Money saving unit. Easy to operate and prints quality prints and photos.

Cheapest Megatank with an auto document feeder and duplex printing. As long as you don't mind the very basic display, it's pretty much all you need for your printing and copying needs.

because i need to get printer with megatanks than old printer with ink cartridge. it was so lot of save inktanks wow. almost use it two years !

This printer is really good. It does picture quality prints and is quite quick while doing it. Also the ink last a really long time. The first year I didn't do too much printing but this year I have done lots of pictures in full color. I have not had to refill the ink containers yet.

Very, very slow to print color documents. Otherwise good for B/W. I really like the lack of small cartidges.

Great printer and its definitely an upgrade to the 6020. Would buy this one again.

Excellent print quality, pretty easy to use, and love the long lasting ink

This all-in-one has decent print quality and speed. Would give five stars, except for the poorly designed settings interface, one of the hardest I’ve experienced. The menu screen to adjust settings is somewhat confusing and hard to navigate. Further, the old fashioned LCD settings screen is not backlit, so unless you can place the device in a well lit area, be prepared to have a flashlight nearby.

We've had this printer for over a month now and I've used the scanning feature (it was great!), printed photos (very good quality) and used it to make copies (also very good quality). I really like that you can see the ink levels on this printer. The one thing that I'm not thrilled with is that it seems kind of flimsy. I've had a little problem closing the front and back paper trays -- it could be just me? Overall, I really like it.

Fast printing. Easy setup works great with all my devices

So far I am happy. Have printed far more than I could with my previous cartridge style printer. Quality is great for my college printing needs and family needs. All in all I am happy with it

Reliable, easy to use. Menu screen really needs to be backlit. Very difficult to read black letters on a dark grey screen. Easy to set up and fill ink tanks.

I like everything about it except the fact the face does NOT light up and it is very hard to see what you are doing.

Great printer great quality easy to put together and love it

Tired of paying high prices for a set of XL printer cartridges, I jumped at this mega tank printer and I’m glad I did. Print quality and speed are very good. It has dual paper feed slots (cassette tray and rear feed). The scanner with automatic sheet feeder works like a champ. For the quality, performance and Hugh ink tank capacity the price was outstanding!

Great printer in every way except one. Printer is very solid and well built with very large ink supplies. It even come with 3 very large bottles of black ink. Not the fastest printer on the market but its ability to keep on printing page after page after page without stopping because of its massive ink supply. The one downside - for me - is its very very tiny and dim information window. Unless you are in a well lighted room - very hard to see and offers very little information at one time. Otherwise its the best multi-purpose printer that I have ever owened - by far.

So far so good! Color prints look nice - standard blacks are sharp - prints fast enough for me! Like the ink tanks!
