So far this printer has surpassed my expectations. It is much faster than my old Canon, the ink is much less expensive and the the scan to computer function is much more streamlined. I anticipate this will pay for itself in 12-18 months through savings on ink.

Works well & connects to my phone. I give it a 4 because it’s rather complicated sometimes & I can’t figure out why my color is not showing up as color but it’s not been bad for a homeschool mama’s printer.

Had this printer for over a month of consistent use. The print quality is excellent and the ink is much cheaper. The display and interface is very dated but I do not have to use it much so that hasn’t been a big factor. Overall excellent printer

Best printer in class! Prints a bit slow, but outstanding quality and saves you a ton of money on cartridges. Don't worry about the upfront cost, the amount of money you save on cartridges will repay itself the first year you own it!

We haven't had it very long but so far so good. Refilling is a breeze.

So far, the new printer works very well. But, you had better be technically savvy, as the set-up instructions are extremely poorly written -- online and printable. It took way much longer than it should to get it functioning.

Great printer. I use for work the ink has lasted 2 years and thousands of pages have been printed.

Its a good unit, I like the system overall. The LCD display is impossible to see, needs to be backlit. This is a major flaw at this price point. Print speed is decent and color print sample turned out nice Instructions are limited. Should be more complete for this level of printer

Good value for the price. We will save $$ in the future with the ink bottle replacement rather than the expensive replacement cartridge!!!

Installation on my network was a little messy but the Canon support was great to work with. Now that that is over it’s a nice capable unit on a small platform, paper tray is on the small side and yeah the screen, menus and entering passwords takes patience. The amount of ink that comes with it is generous, Shipping from BestBuy was lickety split.

Setting this unit can be a little difficult, but once you get past that the printing is excellent doesn't consume much ink.

Very easy set up, will meet all needs of the family. Like the ease of keeping track of ink & not needing cartridges.

We needed to replace our shared HP printer at home. Found this Canon with good reviews and Best Buy did a price match. Working out really well.

I purchase this product over a month ago and it far exceeds my expectations. The set up was easy, my photo prints are clear and the time it takes to print is efficient

So far, I'm loving the printer. I have used the copier, scanner and printer all with no problems. I have not printed any phots or tried the fax yet and thus no comment on them. I did not give 5 stars because, as many others have said, the readout screen is just about impossible to read and if you don't have a light directly on it, you won't be able to see it. Set up was easy and the ink tanks are a god send. I would recommend this printer.

Fast, great quality printer. The screen is not touch & relatively small but still good. Definitely like the refillable reservoirs

if you buy this, down load 2 items from canon for it...1 item allows you to power up the printer with a print request...when you are done with printing, go to the same tool and power down...never have to leave your seat. Item has user replaceable print heads which could make it real nice....don't know the cost yet...mega tanks are going to be great

If you purchase any other printer then you have not done very good research. You will be paying way more for worse quality with any other printer. Excellent photo and regular printing. Very crisp. Detail is the best of any megatank.
