Far better quality than the HP. The absence of a printed manual is a drawback.

The best printer for ink you can buy. Expensive printer but cheap plentiful ink. Would Highly recommend. Also has fax, scan, copy and a host of other features. can also hook up to your phone for scanning and sending documents.

We haven't had it very long but so far so good. Refilling is a breeze.

I’ve had Canon printers before that has lasted me 10 years plus. This one works great, uses two sided printing to save paper and the new inkwell tank saves on printer cartilage cost.

The display window can not be read! It is so dark you need a flashlight to read it. The power switch shuts off after an hour or so. Also it prints too slow. Prior to this printer I had a epson and before that a HP both were three times faster.

Great printer for my children’s school since they have been schooling from home. It’s great that I have not even come close to needing to buy more ink. It was a bit of a struggle to get it up and running initially

I especially like the refillable ink cartridges! Had to call customer service for set up though.

So far this is performing well. The print is sharp and clear and colors are vibrant and sharp. I got this after a failed attempt at a less expensive model and would recommend spending a little more if you are looking for quality.

Great printer with an awesomely low price per page printing value. A bit on the slower side, so take that into account if youre printing a whole bunch at a time, but it works perfectly for my small business

a good economic MFP with a few exceptions. It is quite slow to print especially on the first page. Also, there is NO printer driver for Apple instead using the very limited AirPrint driver. But if you need a color inkjet printer with a scanner etc it is close to the cost of a printed page on a laser printer.

Great printer. The online manual is a joke. Would not work with my 5g internet connection. Support changed my router to 2g and spent an hour on the phone getting my TV, Printer, and phones to work. Saw that my router had no protection so changed every thing back to 5g and hard wired the printer to the computers.

I am inlove with this printer im currently in online college and print out everything with no issue. The ink is lasting so long ive printed so many courses and still have more than half Im so inlove with this printer that i print just for fun if you are doubting or second guessing this printer please dont. Definitely buy this printer you wont regret it

My company uses the Epson version of these and they are amazing. So, I needed one for my home office and decided to give Canon a try and I really like it. The only thing that drives me nuts is it has an auto shutdown, so I have to turn it on every time I want to use it. I do with it had a light on the display but not that big of a deal. Other than that, it's an amazing printer. Highly recommend it.

This prints excellent color photos with the right photo paper. And, a little patience in getting the printer settings just right. The MegaTank option makes ink much more affordable than using cartridges. The biggest drawback to using this as a photo printer is that the largest print size is legal paper size, it might be worth buying a printer that handles larger size prints. The cons: as an All-In-One printer it doesn't cut it. The scanning functions are slow and software is obsolete, paper jams, it's always dropping off-line, cryptic error messages abound and the tiny LCD reader is impossible to read in low light and is right out of the 1980's.
