very different from any other printer I have ever had. My daughter has one and says the ink lasts a LONG time. Set-up took a while but the instructions were very clear. Easy to use and print looks good.

Use for my print and cut for circuit. Fast and reliable love that I’m not spending hundred on ink.

I looked at a lot of printers before I bought this one. The Canon PIXMA MegaTank G7020. This was the best deal. I love the fact that I don’t need to buy all the cartridges. I can save money. The printer work great.

It was a replacement gift for my daughter. It was easy to install, and she loves it.

I will never buy another Canon printer again. It does produce excellent prints. And cost per page should be low as it is a tank printer. But I have come to hate it because of the software that runs it. 1} It turns itself off. So instead of pressing print and then going to retrieve the printout, I have to go to the printer to turn it on. 2} the scanner software is far more complicated than it needs to be. 3} mechanically, it's too finicky, especially when feeding paper in the back.

Printer works great it is a little noisy when it goes through its routine of setting up the print otherwise print quality is great and definitely sufficient ink.

Works great and was easy to set up as our home network printer as well as connected to my wifes phone to print photos directly.

We were tired of getting ripped off by one particular brand for the cost of ink cartridges. We even tried their subscription plan, which ended up costing us more. This printer was the solution! It does everything we wanted in an All in one, with affordable ink from the eco tank. We read some reviews complaining of slow printing, but we have not experienced that. The instructions for setup were clear and Canon’s website was a big help.

Not as intuitive to learn to use as some printers but once learned is easy to use. Excellent print quality. Several scanning options.

This printer has held its own while working from home for the past year due to the pandemic. Between work and college, this printer gets a serious workout and has done an excellent job.

This is by far the worst printer I have ever used. I wish I hadn't bought it. I had a Cannon Pixma MG6120 and it was the best printer ever. I could print anything, even photos came out great until it just all of a sudden stopped working. However I had that printer for well over 10 years. I would have bought another one if I was able to find it. This printer, the G7020, causes more frustration than anything and prints lousy photos. I get an error message 85% of the time, especially if it's printing in the rear tray. There is no light to see the control panel so it makes using it difficult. I could go on and on about how terrible this printer is. I most likely will buy another printer to save my sanity. I forgot to mention how SLOW it prints. I expected more from Cannon.

I had to have an agent come out to explain things to me twice. I bought it for the fax feature but I needed to go to Cox and then have an agent come out to set it up. Some things I wanted it to do won't work. I think it is a very nice printer but not for me.?

I love this printer fast speeds and ink for days. The only minor issue is no backlight on the little screen but really not an issue. Top feed, paper tray and back feed this machine does it all.

Best print that I have bought since the 90's before print manufactures were ink vendors. I have been using for almost a year without having to haul it to Goodwill. So far so good.
