So, I needed one for my home office and decided to give Canon a try and I really like it. The only thing that drives me nuts is it has an auto shutdown, so I have to turn it on every time I want to use it. I do with it had a light on the display but not that big of a deal. Other than that, it's an amazing printer. Highly recommend it.

We even tried their subscription plan, which ended up costing us more. This printer was the solution! It does everything we wanted in an All in one, with affordable ink from the eco tank. We read some reviews complaining of slow printing, but we have not experienced that. The instructions for setup were clear and Canon’s website was a big help.

Mega Tank Printer

My daughter has one and says the ink lasts a LONG time. Set-up took a while but the instructions were very clear. Easy to use and print looks good.

I wish I hadn't bought it. I had a Cannon Pixma MG6120 and it was the best printer ever. I could print anything, even photos came out great until it just all of a sudden stopped working. However I had that printer for well over 10 years. I would have bought another one if I was able to find it. This printer, the G7020, causes more frustration than anything and prints lousy photos. I get an error message 85% of the time, especially if it's printing in the rear tray. There is no light to see the control panel so it makes using it difficult. I could go on and on about how terrible this printer is. I most likely will buy another printer to save my sanity. I forgot to mention how SLOW it prints. I expected more from Cannon.

I have no idea how Best Buy defines double sided scanning because there are other printer/scanners advertised as double sided scanning that don't work. If you need a double sided scanner, look for one that does "duplex scanning"

The Canon PIXMA MegaTank G7020. This was the best deal. I love the fact that I don’t need to buy all the cartridges. I can save money. The printer work great.

I bought it for the fax feature but I needed to go to Cox and then have an agent come out to set it up. Some things I wanted it to do won't work. I think it is a very nice printer but not for me.?
