Set-up was easy and accomplished without difficulty. I am very satisfied with this printer.

I have no idea how Best Buy defines double sided scanning because there are other printer/scanners advertised as double sided scanning that don't work. If you need a double sided scanner, look for one that does "duplex scanning"

This printer is prone to occasional odd noises, but so far, it's been a good printer. I've had some challenges getting the printer to work with our phones and Chromebooks, but I eventually go things figured out, so now I can print from wherever in our house I'm using my Chromebook, or from my laptop, or (usually) from my phone, and same for my wife and her analogous devices.

I'm a little disappointed in this because that is why I bought a new printer. There was nothing wrong with my other Canon PIXMA printer other that it was getting old. I am very happy with the quality of the printing and love it.

Since the change the printer has worked very well. Delivery was quick and the price was right.

Only issue is the readout screen on the printer is difficult let to read -we had to tilt the printer at an angle in order to read the LCD screen
