    Overall like this printer, but it has some quirks that bug me. Works as it should, but i don't like the screen, it's hard to use, and that back document feed has a mind if its own. Love how efficient it is on ink!

    It works well. The panel is hard to read, but oh well. It's responsive. The color output is dull, but that may be because I've only tried it with bond paper so far. Photo paper may make it more vibrant?

    overall very good printer, the only design issue is the small indication display, also the display is NOT illuminated where you can see it plainly. I have to use a flashlight to see the display.

    Terrible ! Had been a problem since purchase! I only had it a couple years, barely used it but EVERY time I did I’ve encountered error messages ! Paper jam, wrong paper slot, not printing! Most times I could never figure out what the matter was! Alas, I purchased a laser jet printer! MUCH BETTER!!

    I absolutely loved this printer. Very efficient on ink and cheap refills, large main papertray and a second paper tray. Great color printing. The LCD display is quite difficult to operate and connection with airprint from a phone only worked if using the Canon app. Well, now that I had the printer for 1 1/2 years it seems that the printhead is damaged. Of course the warranty is now expired. Every time I print I can hear banging noises and I continue to get error messages and continue to have to restart. Very disappointed that I now have to shop for a new printer again.

    We have had this for 21 months and finally had to refill the black ink - using the ink that came with it! We have printed 4200 pages in that time (business and personal use) My only complaint with this printer is that it does not print photos as clearly as my older canon but we are saving a fortune on ink!
