It was easy to set up following the online instructions. But, after setup, everything came to a screeching halt when I tried to do some basic printing. I literally could not see the display menu unless I sat right next to it and used a flashlight. After all the high-end bells and whistles what were they thinking when they installed a tiny, dot-matrix display in black/gray. What a ridiculous design flaw. Returned the same afternoon.

Ink last for ever. Quality is good. Takes some getting used to & set up isn't easy.

printer arrive earlier than stated. The only minor thing was the 3 inch bug that came out of the package it was defined not a US bug. i killed and get rid of it and dispose of the carboard box. overall it did not effect the printer.

As many options. But trying to figure out how to set them is time consuming. As many options. Can’t figure out how to shut the power saver mode off. Have to manually hit start every time I want to use it. Print quality is not what I Expected

This printer had all the features I wanted but I was still apprehensive about purchasing it. A few of the reviews I read stated it was extremely difficult to set up and would not connect to WiFi easily. Once it was delivered, my misgivings were quickly alleviated. It took me almost as long to get it out of the box as it did to set up, and I am not a tech savvy person. While it’s a little pricey for a home printer, I am very pleased so far.

A bit complicated to set up. Must pay attention to settings when printing. Does a good job. Still learning how to take advantage of all its features.

We had nothing but trouble with it because no one from the store with or could help us so we returned it then we couldn't get our money back for the warranty sake so we bought another one and we called Canon Best buy manager would not return or warranty money just put on another printer so very unhappy spending unnecessary money so I would not recommend buying anything from Best buy ever again

To date the printer is working very well. Also, would like to compliment the person who worked with me at the store. She was very patient and worked at answering all my questions.

Would like to have a manual to explain the fax . procedures

Great printer. Great quality print for photos. Wish it did 11x14s. Love the mega tank for ink.

IF YOU WORK REMOTE, DO NOT ORDER THIS. They have the driver install specifications set to where the admin has to actually be logged directly into your computer to load the driver. So I now have a WORK printer I can't use for work. I contacted Canon support, they said my options were: return it, install it on a different computer or contact the maker of my laptop (??) to fix it.

Awesome printer. Print of all types of paper. The ink last a long time which is very nice.
