Great printer but definitely a little tricky to get used to.

I didn’t use it I return it. It came late. Customer service sucks at the store in Poughkeepsie NY. They told me I shouldn’t get upset when I ordered online and return in the store. One of the manager told me this. I wouldn’t buy any else from this store.

Does it all! The screen and layout is a bit dated looking for being 2022 but it works for what its made for which is always more important.

I really like this printer. I told the sales clerk what I was looking for. He showed me a few different one. And i decided on this one. This printer does not use a lot of ink.and i print a lot.

After one month of owning, Print quality is much better than the older HP it replaced. Definitely recommend if you need a basic printer and speed of print is not a top requirement.

I like a couple of things right off the top. First of all, having a printer that can duplex without having to reinsert my last output is a great feature. Secondly, being able to see what my ink levels are is the next best thing to sliced bread. This printer has worked flawlessly.

Printer seems to work well, fast and I really like the megaTank, makes it very reasonable for printing. The image quality of the prints is great. BUT, the scanner is problematic. Doesn't work most of the time and is very frustrating. giving 2 stars because of all the issues with scanning.

Looked at several printers for a home office. I tried an HP but it wasn't well suited for office type work. This printer seems to do everything one might need in a home office.

While the print quality is just fine, this is a real pain to work with. The display is not backlit so it's literally impossible to see under any condition. I have to use a flashlight to use the control panel. What's worse is it won't connect to wifi automatically. To do it manually you have to find the network and then enter the password manually. With a complicated password and no backlit screen and no full keyboard to type with, it can take forever to input that. And without a "show password" option you can't tell if you made a mistake typing it in. It's like using a flip phone from the 90s. Yes, it prints if you have a cable, otherwise it's just an office decoration stuck in the last century.

Love the print quality but it has connection issues to my computer and it just starts to print at odd times.

This is one of the best investments I made. Well money spent! So happy with the printer features and the ink tank was the most excellent thing I love about this printer!

Great printer. Inexpensive to use I would recommend

It was originally a challenge to get this working. After quite a few phone calls with the manufacturer and Best Buy, I was able to get it working. Took a lot of my time.

Great printer, copier, scanner etc. The display is tiny and hard to see. Frankly, for this price, I’d expect better.
