Product does very little well. It defaults to rear tray even when not using it which prevents the printer from you know printing. Trying to use adf function on printer initially worked, now it will only scan on the platen. The software for scanning documents is in the Stone Age compared to my old HP scanner. This printer is garbage.

This printer has been working beautifully. I dislike not receiving a manual with the printer; this seems the way Canon does their business. Of course, you can download it, but i like the physical paper in hand. Canon has an affiliate company that you can buy the manual for your product. It was reasonably priced.

Pretty plain jane for the $$$ Not the easiest printer to figure out if you're not a techie, jus sayin'. Already have a line going through the scanned documents, had to figure out that it can be cleaned in the tool icon Over all it does the job, I like the fact that I can buy ink and don't have to mess with cartridges

Not the printer you want to buy. I thought this smart looking liquid ink printer would be a money saver. It is not by any stretch of the imagination. Why you ask: 1. You can not read the display without a magnifying glass and a flashlight. 2. You have to turn it on everytime you want to print, Not very good for a remote printer. 3. While it list a duplex function; all is does is eat paper and jam with every attempt at duplexing. Spend more time getting the paper jam fixed than writing the documents. I hate it .

Purchased this printer to replace our old HP. We were spending too many dollars on ink for that old printer!! We have been printing many copies for our preschool families, since this pandemic began. Love the ink tank system, ability to copy 2 sided and large paper holder! Would definitely purchase again!

I very happy with the printer but I just wish it also had USB connecter, and the area where you put the paper to scanned in bunks are bigger.

Awesome printer, I love everything about it so far. I researched a lot of different ink tank printers before deciding on the Canon pixma g7020. I’m very pleased with the choice I made.

The printer is fine except for the laughable plastic part designed to hold the paper as it exits the printer. I expect multiple page print jobs will have sheets spilling out from it. The print quality was excellent. What makes it a poor buy here is having to deal with Best Buy's customer service department. I returned the printer rather than be tortured for several years as the printer needed servicing.

Worst printer I ever had. I expected it to be slow as reviews had said. And as other reviewers have said, you have to deep clean, which uses up a lot of the ink. The problem is, I need to deep clean at least twice a month, and that is just ridiculous. I meant to take it back, but I got busy with the holiday season and now it’s past the warranty. Even if it were free, I wouldn’t take it because of the amount of ink you have to go through just to get it to work. Actually at this time, even with deep cleaning , printing in black-and-white results in white paper and faded red ink. Another problem has been and currently is that if you try to print more than three pages at a time, it will only print 3 1/2 pages when double-sided. And not more than four pages single sided. Other reviews about the screen being hard to see are also true. Stay away from the printer.

My printer works well. The screen is small and it is difficult to read sometimes. Overall, I am very pleased.
