I have a small home office and use the printer in my business. So far it has been a great printer and scanner. I have had experience with Canon and my last printer laster over 10 years.

Learning to do anything with this printer is a challenge. You must use goggle to find a user manual and all the canon utilities. Network setup, photo printing, scanning, etc. are all difficult at first.

Worst printer I ever had. I expected it to be slow as reviews had said. And as other reviewers have said, you have to deep clean, which uses up a lot of the ink. The problem is, I need to deep clean at least twice a month, and that is just ridiculous. I meant to take it back, but I got busy with the holiday season and now it’s past the warranty. Even if it were free, I wouldn’t take it because of the amount of ink you have to go through just to get it to work. Actually at this time, even with deep cleaning , printing in black-and-white results in white paper and faded red ink. Another problem has been and currently is that if you try to print more than three pages at a time, it will only print 3 1/2 pages when double-sided. And not more than four pages single sided. Other reviews about the screen being hard to see are also true. Stay away from the printer.

Really enjoy my new Canon printer. Especially like the automatic top feeder for the scanner and printer. Another great feature is the ink replacement.

Had to exchange the first one that I purchased because the print quality stated suffering after a couple hundred prints even after print head cleaning and calibration it will not print properly as when new. I exchange it for another thinking it but be just that one but same thing happened only much quicker this time. Returned item and got something else.

Main thing I like about this is, even if you don't use the printer for a while, the ink does not dry out. Had this problem with previous regular printer. Also works great for different thickness paper as we use this a lot for printing Cricut cutter materials.

No...just no. Print quality is good. However, you'll want to pull your hair out trying to do the simplest things. It is definitely NOT user friendly. Wish I would have purchased one of the other tank options.

No complaints. Setup was easy and the online guide was actually helpful.

It was very good I would totally get another one and just EInk is very expensive

I love the printer but it has been tedious to configure. I am still not finished doing that. When it works it is fine but I chip away at that. It’s been a month. Still not through all of it.

Lose connect from printer and have to turn printer off to reconnect

The printer is very good. My only complaint is the speed of printing. Otherwise it does an excellent job.

After figuring out the installation the printer works just fine. Quirky on scanning and copying and once you figure that out the feeder works like it's supposed to. Wish the instructions were available instead of having to go online all the time.

Convenient & fast printer. Although mine might have been defective bcoz it didn’t last long enough (less than 1yr). Was an HP printer replacement and was hoping to rely more on its MegaTank 4 much more ink replacement conveniences.

Printer works well. Not easy to set up: scanning and making printer visible on home network without a manual!

Exellent ,finally i get rid of the traditional printer piece %*#^@%! Glad to decide for the tank.....
