Works great and uses little ink.The big ink storage is a great if you print alot like me

We've had some learning curve with this. Have had a hard time faxing more than 5 pages. Otherwise, it's been a good all-in-one. Would buy again. Looking forward to how long the ink lasts!

So far, it works great and I think much more economical on ink.

The only problem is it automatically shutdown to save energy and I can't figure out how to change it. Every time I want to use it I have to go to the printer to turn it on.

We were assisted by the store manager, Rob. Was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction, given that inventory was slim. He even carried the printer out to our car.

This printer is a terrible downgrade from previous Canon printers. We purchased it because it was so highly rated. Issues: Lack of duplex scanning. Cheaper, simpler Canon All-in-Ones had duplex scanning. This one does not. Despite being much larger. Color printing is terrible. Trying to print an image (taken from a 32 megapixel camera) ALWAYS results in visibly print head lines. The colors are washed out and it refuses to print true blacks in a color image. The screen display is a NON-backlit LCD display. It is unreadable in anything but the brightest light. We literally have to have a flashlight on just to read the panel. This is probably great if all you're printing is documents and maybe low-res images. But if want an actual color printer for anything more than that, look elsewhere. This thing is terrible.

I love this printer especially the way the ink is stored. This is the one for sure.

Low price, good output, extremely low consumable cost, easy to configure on a network, scanner works fine. Print quality is "business class" which is all I need.

It scans and prints. Pretty much standard printer stuff.

I had such high hopes... Out of the box, this printer worked very well. It was a huge step up from what we had before. I could reliably print from my PC, my wife's Mac, and both our iPhones. After just a couple of months it has become miserable to work with. I might need to print once or twice a day, but its never that simple. The machine acts like it connects to our wireless router, but will not print. Other times, it will print the first document, but not the second. I end up spending half an hour cycling the printer off an on again, reconnecting to the wireless, and ultimately giving up and stretching a USB cord across the room, since that it the only way I can force a document out of it. I can't understand why I go through this process every time I need to print. A brand new printer with a strong wifi connection and a new computer that fails to print more often than it succeeds is of no use to me. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.

Setting up scanner and fax is a challenge. Have patience.

Excellent and great convenience for people who print alot. Easy connection and excellent print quality. Clarity when printing in black and white or color.

I love this printer. I've been through plenty of printers that malfunction so quickly. Not this one though. Finally one that does everything it is required to do.

Dude this mega tank is awesome just the best you always know how much ink you have
