Prints only when it feels like it. Obviously a lemon because Canon's are great printers.

This is not a very user friendly printer. For instance, I had to go online to read how to get it "offline". The answer was that I had to go to the screen and choose the "turn on printer automatically" when I want to print something. How dumb is that? I never had trouble with HP printers over the last 30+ years.

The time to produce a color printed page is very long.

Works as published. Fast and gets the job done. Perfect for home use.

This printer is awkward to use. It is difficult to program. And it slower that my previous printer.

Buyer Beware. The firmware and wireless interface on this printer is by far the worst I have ever owned. The printer shuts itself off when not in use so you have to go into the room and turn it on before you can print wirelessly which totally defeats the purp[ose of wireless printing. Wireless settings have to be reset constantly. Horrible printer and customer service is non-existant.

This printer broke within the first 30 days. I couldn't return it and I essentially have to waste money buying a new printer. I would NEVER recommend. We only got rid of our HP printer because I didn't want subscription based printing. The industry has really gone in the tank.

Good printer. Little hard to setup, but works good. Will wish there was better apps for the printer for IPhones.

We have had this printer for about 4 months and have found it to be consistently difficult to use and extremely slow to begin printing. Once you send the command to print, it can take up to 2 minutes before the printer receives the message and begins printing. Meanwhile there is no indication that anything is happening, making you wonder if printing will ever begin or if there is some problem with communication. The PC application that comes with it gives extremely limited functionality to set up printer functions or give status of the printer. The menu screen on the printer itself is fairly useless as it only gives access to various functions when the printer is in specific states. There is no way to access configuration functions from the front panel and given that the PC application is very limited it means you are really left in the dark as to how to get it behave the way you want. I wish I could return it. Print quality is very good.

Very slow to print. It turns off it self and you have to go turn it on. Also it takes several tries to print sometimes.

Got tired of HP's software gimmicks sabotaging my ability to use remanufactured ink cartridges, so in a fit of righteous anger, I purchased this Canon G7020, thanks to the positive reviews. What a piece of junk. Trouble from day one. And Canon's service is non-existent. Now, after 7 months, we have a Code 5700 Sheet Feeder problem that mandates us returning the printer to Canon. But first, we need approval. Today, my wife enjoyed spending 48 minutes on the phone for an unanswered call to Canon's Customer Service. If you're going to ignore my advice and buy Canon, do yourself a favor and purchase Geek Squad protection. You'll need it.

This is a good printer and scanner so far. I haven't tried the fax yet

I use the copier a lot and the bulk ink tanks are not costly to refill. Also, the color copies are nice and sharp.

Really like this printer, but thank God for YouTube videos as the instructions were between non-existent and terrible.

I am going from a Epson tank printer to Canon Mega Tank Printer. What a difference, easier to operate and setup.

I have had this for a month. So far, so good. I do really enjoy the option of printing on both sides.
