    I can't say enough bad things about this utter waste of tech. As a 'Cannon' veteran whose owned many of their products, this utterly FAILS to DELIVER RESULTS. Always, NOT SOMETIMES, always requires 'babysitting' each and every print job. What used to take 30 seconds to print, NOW TAKES around 12-15 minutes to do. Think about that. Total non-functional, non-productive tech failure from degraded level of tech design...probably by people that are 'confused' about themselves....DO NOT BUY THIS.

    On my second MegaTank G7020 printer in 3 yrs. Now my second printer has the same problem as the first printer where the color printing fails within the first year. I performed printer head cleaning several times but nothing changed. Color printing stopped working while printing pictures, not for lack of use. The black and white printing works fine. The black ink lasts a long time compared to my previous cartridge based inkjet printers.
