Limited abilities. Cannot make 2 sided copies. seems antiquated compared to my HP. Print quality is good though.

I was not impressed with the Set Up at all. but it seems to be on line and working.

Awesome! Haven't had to add ink in over a year. Very fast. The software needs an overhaul. The GUI seems like it was built 20 years ago.

I've had many printers and I figured that a megatank printer would be right for me. And, I opted for their highest end too! However, this is the worst printer I've had. Print quality is horrible. It has many white stripes in solid color prints, faded colors, and sometimes the colors are just way off. I printed a text document in black and white and it came out green. Honestly, I would never recommend this printer to anyone. I should have returned it when I could but it was during the pandemic started and everything was just difficult to do as retail stores were figuring out what to do.

Great printer for the price, love the wireless printing

I purchased another version of th Canon Mega tank printer from another vendor, and returned this printer to Best Buy.

Life is busy and It took me a month to hook it up. Once it was finally hooked it up. It didn’t work. I called Best Buy but it was too late to return. I then called canon and they said it was my wifi. Three hours later I get no resolution. I called again another day after calling my wifi provider and with her on the phone. They finally agreed to send me a new one. Don’t waste your money. This machine is garbage. Stick to HP. They are not the best but better than canon.

Love the ability to print from smartphones. Great!

We've owned printers for decades and this is the least user friendly one we've ever had! Slow printing, difficult to understand and read unlit digital menu. Now right at 2 years since we bought, it suddenly stopped printing black ink. We've tried everything suggested. Have a 4-yr extended warranty, so guess to the Geeks it goes!

A very expensive printer does not come with a printer cable. Since I purchased this printer I have had the worst time in my life. I have to keep restarting my router because the printer somehow disconnects from my wifi network? I can not use it without rebooting my router each and every time. DO NOT PURCHASE this printer. I had an old HP 6968 for years never had any network issue connected wirelessly perfectly. I decided to buy this one because of its large ink thanks and name recognition and it has been the worst $400 I have spent and can't get my money back. I have called technical support several times due to this network disconnect issue and they fix the issue temporarily by making me reboot my router? Once I hang up the phone the issue starts over again! Save your money and buy an HP! CANON printers are overrated. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase!

I like this printer a lot I don’t have to buy ink every every month. It’s a very good printer.

It has been 15 months since I bought this printer. It has had problems with feeding paper, especially if you fill the trays full. and wanting to also be printing from the back slot for reasons I've never quite cleared. The effects answer is set to auto and I've never figured out a good way to stop it other than just unplugging the phone cord.
