Goes offline all the time and has to be reprogrammed every time you try to print. Have had for months but has only worked one day despite hours and hours of reading troubleshooting instructions only to have those instructions not work on all but one occasion since the initial setup. The display is extremely hard to read (barely perceptible) and you need to read the instructions because it is constantly erasing its connection memory. This printer has endless excuses for not working

We had this printer for about 50 days, and ink clogged, had to return. Lucky we had a replacement policy.

This printer/copier/scanner/fax machine worked perfectly for the first four months that I had it. Had to do a lot of scanning, but unfortunately it only scans one side. The past two months I’ve had nothing but trouble! I have to keep reconnecting and logging on to the Canon website.

worst printer I ever had. Didn't even have it for a year caused me so much time on the phone trying to have it to print. Ill never buy a cannon again especially with liquid ink cause if you don't use the ink often it doesn't work

This printer is not as user friendly as the HP printers I've used and it prints extremely slow.

Horrible waste of money. Can’t print off of my phone. It connected twice to print and not ever since then. Don’t waste your money.

Save Your Money. I had a Canon i900 from Best Buy for years without an issue, but this printer is nothing but a huge headache. Out of the box the printer skews the page to the side. It balks on printing on glossy paper, and the printer will not feed from the rear tray. Printer instructions and smartphone app is not clear and doesn't operate correctly, if at all, nor is the printer's operating menu intuitive.

Use your printer regularly. Purchased one in August, 2020. Maybe printed 100 pages B&W and 50 color. Print heads must've dried out. By the time I called for service it was out of warranty and I was told to find a printer repairman on my own or buy another Canon with a 10% off coupon. No thanks.

Printer works very well. I wish copying two-sided was a little easier to set.

This printer sucks. I have issues every time I use this printer. It won’t print unless I reset the computer or reset the wifi connection. When it does work without the need to reset, it “communicates” for minutes before it decides to print. The print speed is much slower than advertised as well.

Started printing blank pages within 1.5 years of light use. Best Buy won’t replace. Geek Squad can’t repair. They told us to find a repair shop on our own!

Prints very slowly even on the speed printing selection. It cannot keep up with the demands of even a very small business. The color was way off and no where near matching the quality of our new Epson Work Force 4720 which we bought to replace this.

The one, I originally purchased was defective. 3 or 4 separate issues. I contacted Cannon customer support, They deemed it was necessary to replace it. The replacement, I got was broken. The top tray was damaged. Now I have 2 defective printers on my hands. I returned the original. And I returned the broken replacement. I hope your experience is better.

My brand new Pixma G7020 will not let me set it up. It hangs after "select language" during setup. I am not happy. Of all the Canon printers I have purchased over the years this is the first one that I has caused problems. It is also the most expensive. It will be my last Canon.

Horrible machine. Always breaks down. Went through two already. Need to return the second one for same problem with software

Prints fine, scanner stopped working even connect with USB cable

Needs too many drivers added to use and then it only works when it wants. Find something better.
