    After a year and a half, it has stopped communicating with anything. Can't get it to connect. IT department has tried several times, and it's been determined that we need a new printer. I won't be ordering this kind again!

    Not easy to use. Jams all the time. Disconnects from network inexplicably. I bought it during the peak of the pandemic and my favorite brand was sold out.

    Third one I’ve owned in 3 years. Not good. First replaced under warrantee. Second failed. Ink absorber full of ink. No replacement parts. Canon doesn’t repair these, told me to buy a new one. Has a lot of paper jams and is all plastic. Very flimsy. Disappointed in Canon. But it is nice not having to replace cartridges. Hope I can use my ink bottles up before this one craps out. Set up is complicated and the screen is so small and heard to read. Once this one dies, I moving to another brand.

    This is the most difficult printer I have ever purchased. It's extremely slow and not user friendly. I do not recommend it to anyone. I will be looking for a different printer.
