Minimal user interface is less than intuitive. The directions for setting up the wifi didn't work so i had to figure out the manual setup by trial and error. Once i got it set up it was fine and prints well.

The display is not lighted. I have to use a flashlight to see what is going to happen. I do a lot of 2-sided copying.

Pretty solid printer. One of the best features is the auto document feeder for scanning. A big downside is the LED panel is not lit up. So depending on the light it's a pain to see what it says on the panel. Not sure how much Canon saved by putting in a screen from the 1990's but it is the only con I can think of.

This printer is incredible, it has high quality. Durable excellent product, I really recommend !!!

Great All-In-One (including fax) printer at a reasonable cost that is economical on ink since only ink to buy (no cartridges). I had to replace my HP Oficejet Pro 8610 which was economical on ink with 3rd party ink cartridges. I definitely would buy again.

This is a great printer. It's easy to install and connect to the internet. Loading the ink was an easy and non-messy process. I really like the front panel that flips up for easier access to read.

I love his friend too easy to use ink glass for a long time

For six years, I relied on my Canon Pixma MX922. I could get less expensive replacement cartridges from non-Canon sources on line and the world was good. This printer doesn't compare. it is slow, with a hard to read (and understand) display panel. I have had it a month. For the money (250% more than the MX922) I would have expected more from Canon. It's too early to tell about color usage. Finally, the printer manual is on-line, hard to find, making setup and administrative functions unmanageable unless you have tech experience. This is a printer meant for home office use - - not a tech shop. Very frustrating. I am sure I am not using half of its capabilities because the manual is obtuse even when you access it. Still haven't connected other computers, and couldn't get my Android phone connection to work. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed reading the instructions until there was no explanation or anything about how to load the ink wells. I had to go on YouTube and watch a few videos to make sure that I would set everything up right. I did like the machine and opening up with everything color coded like a car engine. The only bad problem was printing a color copy. Both the color copy and picture was not good.

Love this printer. Easy to setup and use. Double-sided printing is a great feature.

Stepped up from an old HP inkjet. No complaints about the Canon F7020 and MegaTank feature. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Had this printer for a few weeks now. It works great and look forward to doing a lot of printing in the future.

Excellent print quality, reasonable speed. Could use some additional, simple direction for operating, but works well anyway. Lots of ink! We like it!

I absolutely love my Canon printer. Its exactly what I was looking for. Clear prints, scans exactly perfect and great copies!!

So far it is good printer. I like the ink capacity. And that you can print 6000 pages of using the black ink. I will see how long this ink will last.

Love it! It works very quickly. The colors are great. It does not seem to use as much ink as previous printers. Great price!

Although I have not explored all the functions of the printer/fax, it is working very well at the moment. Easy set up instructions with on line videos. There is a lot of ink that comes with this unit.

Pleased with the printer except the LED display is NOT backlit. I had to buy a flashlight just to see the LED instructions. But for that, I would have given the printer a 5. What was Cannon thinking with a black LED display?

Printer has performed well and certainly better than our previous ink jet HP's. Printer prints a little slower than what I expected but my big complaint is normal average quality photos that require lots of black and grays do not print the best.

Constantly disconnects from my computer. Once disconnected it takes 15+ minutes to get it reconnected. Cannon can do better! When it's connected it works, but the disconnection thus not being able to print or scan when you need to is frustrating and time consuming. I would not buy again - Manual is also difficult to navigate - a regular manual instead of an app manual is a necessary option. Not all needed information is given in the online manual
