easy to set up and print great the color was real bright for a printer

I haven't used the printer much yet, but it was very easy to set up. However, I could do without the large Canon printer management icon on my desktop.

easy setup and easy to work... bought this for my 80 year old dad who is able to operate it to make copies and print extremely easy.

I bought this printer for my child's graduation along with a new laptop. Although I haven't given it to her as yet, the price and good reviews were my deciding factor. I liked the fact that this printer is white which would go with her decor. I have owned two Cannon Pixma printers (different models) and have been happy with them. The replacement ink is on the expensive side, though I don't know about this model's ink. I am hoping this printer will not be problematic and that my child will be happy with it.

I bought this on the internet and had it shipped to the store(saved money). Had it one day past 4 wks when it quit working. It in fact sounded like it was falling apart inside. Called Cannon and after being on the phone for almost ten minutes all he could offer was a protection plan for a little over $200. Unbelievable. Tried to return it at the Best Buy where I picked it up and was told they don't deal with Cannon products and I would have to contact the manufacturer, like I hadn't already! Ended up purchasing one in the store. They offered to recycle the bad printer and was glad to get rid of it. Last time I buy a Canon copier for sure!!

This printer is very well priced and for a basic printer and photo copy it works very good. You will need to buy a USB cable. I purchased one for a copy of dollars and was good to go.

When it prints it's noisey but otherwise so far ok

If all you need is to scan or print. This printer is a good one. Simple , easy to use. Works every time.

For those people that have no printer and are tired of making a trip to your local printer store or library, this is just the thing for you. Easily print out some coupons or tickets for the show tonight. A quick-fix, perfect for those anytime printing needs.

Good printer for the price. Easy to install and operated. Ink replacement for printer easy to find.

It works well, but took a while to set up. I have a MAC and the enclosed driver disc only works for PC's. I had to call Canon for the link that would provide the software driver. Also though the priter is reasonably priced, the replacement ink cartridges are as expensive as the printer!

I purchased this printer for my apartment and I use it all the time. I didn't want to have to worry about getting to campus early to use the printers in the library or student union. It is very simple to operate and connected easily to my computer.

Simple easy to use printer. It has no special bells and whistles but it gets the job done.

Perfect for college dorms without WIFI. The only complaint is it is loud when printing

Last minute purchase for my son in college who needed printer but box DOES NOT INCLUDE cable which caused needless scrambling! Would it really have hurt to throw in a USB A-B cable to make it functional upon arrival?

This printer is affordable and works great. Very easy to set up and use. Also, their customer service is great! I called one time to ask a question and their rep was knowledgeable, professional, and provided a quick solution.

Easy set up . Photos produced from this printer are as good as a high end printer without all the cost!!!! Excellent printer and highly recomended. Wifi not on this printer... but dont miss it. Cant beat the price!!!!

This is a great printer for somebody who wants simple one for just making copies and printing materials. Very light and would be nice for a student staying in the dorm because it does not occupy too much space.
