Change ink says out of alignment. Printing fixes it.

Affordable price, sleek simple design, quick printing but cannot figure out how to get it to print wirelessly only with connection cord

Started out working fine, but after just 4 months of using this thing it went downhill. Trouble with the ink cartridges despite having them refilled and cleaned, no printing due to ink empty warning. Followed all ink resetting procedures and still no progress. THEN ANOTHER problem surfaces with the roller not catching paper to print, I'm so done with this garbage! Glad I got the geek squad protection cause I'm replacing this with a totally different brand all together. Don't get me started on the janky scanning feature. I can't deal with not being able to get my work done!! No surprise the price has dropped on this again, TRASH.

good value for a printer to use for minor printing tasks

small, ink eating printer, gets the job done. It fits my situation, uses a lot of ink, so low purchase price, higher ink price

Bought in November, started using in January, and by July it was done for. I think the paper feeder is broken, and it being plastic, plus it was cheap enough to buy, not worth fixing. You do get what you pay for. But I sure wish it had lasted a year.

I purchased online this printer. It came repacked. No ink inside. Smashed manual and accessories box. Charged me full price instead of open box discount. Unfair business. BE AWARE.

Good Printer but slow in printing. But value for the money

I bought this printer to print all the trees that grad school kills for my classes. It's been working like a champ. Granted, I haven't had it that long...but I just printed a hundred pages of something and it was able to handle it without a problem. It's a bit slower when you're trying to print pictures of things, but I don't need anything lightning fast. Also, a heads up for those who either can't install the CD because their laptop doesn't have a disc drive (me, a mac user), or if you just prefer hooking it up straight to the printer, but you might need/want a cord to hook up your laptop's USB port to the port on the back of the printer. I went to Best Buy and on my second trip there (the first cord an associate gave me was incorrect), a very nice employee pointed out the right cord. The one i got was Isignia's USB 2.0 A/B Cable. It would have come in handy to know that when I was making my purchase, so just a heads up for all the folks out there. Overall, satisfied with my purchase. :-)
