I’m very happy with this printer. Easy to setup and easy to use.

This is a good printer. Not very fast starting up or very fast printing, but once it gets going.......good quality copies. Have not used scanner yet. Good wifi connection. Would purchase again

Easy to use great quality perfect if your computer is for work and you use a printer you maybe want to get a faster Cannon printer.

It takes kind of long to warm up, but as long as you have a good internet connection, it prints pretty quickly and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. We don’t print a ton but it doesn’t seem to burn through ink

THIS REVIEW ONLY COVERS INSTALLATION. Canon has you download and installation program from their website. It has two flaws that make it useless. 1. First it tries to connect your device to the printer without ever connecting the printer to the network first. This is physically impossible. It can't be recognized unless it's part of the network. 2. After that obviously fails, they have you attempt a method known as WPS to connect the printer to the network. This is outdated and obsolete. Internet providers have removed that functionality from their routers siting security concerns. Now you're left with no way to use THEIR installation program to install THEIR printer. After searching YouTube, I found a video that shows how to get it connected. The short version is: 1. Download the Canon PRINT app from Google Play to your phone. 2 It will walk you thru a setup process that identifies the network name and pswd to the printer and allows it to connect to the network. 3. After that, you can just use the Windows printer setup in printer settings to connect your laptop or PC to the printer. As an added bonus, because the app is on your phone, you can print from your phone as well. Do note from the above that it was a Canon app used for the install. If Canon had simply provided that in the instructions, it would've been a painless install. Why they would give you a program that has no way of working is beyond any understanding.

I have to say, for the price its not bad. Its way better than my previous printer. The only thing it lacks is a screen. I do like the fact that you can use it with an app

It works great when you finally figure it out how to use the app to connect it. My advice would be when you're installing and downloading the app to read the messages and do it what it says to do and then check mark everything when prompt to do. That way when it says "not responding" you go back to "my printer" then "settings" and you choose one of the options and hopefully it will tell you that your printer is online. I got frustrated too until I chose the other option and finally got the printer up and running. Yeah,its different and its a pain in a butt but with patience and ingenuity you'll get it too.

Great item for a great price! Compact, fits nicely on my file cabinet. Easy to use and install. Works well on wifi, no need to plug in.

This Canon PIXMA MG3620 was recently purchased to replace an earlier model purchased some ten years earlier. My previous home printer was also purchased from Best Buy and it had performed flawlessly for ten years of regular home use... then it just quit with a message that the repair by a service shop would be required. It made much more sense to replace it since it had already lasted three times the average expected life. Best Buy had a terrific price on the current Canon PIXMA replacement and were great to deal with on securing my replacement home printer and the needed ink cartridges ... and I also got the Geek Squad service policy for my new device, as well. Best Buy continues to receive my loyalty for their pricing, selection and commendable level of customer service.

This printer was exactly what I wanted and it does exactly what I need. Easy set up and use. Waited a long time to purchase a new printer and am very pleased with my purchase. Mostly wanted a printer with the AirPrint feature and am not disappointed at all with how well this printer works with all of my Apple products. Not to mention I got the printer at an incredibly cheap price with a bundle and that was like the icing on the cake. Good for when you need a quick print.

I like this printer, this is my first one, it's very easy to use, I learned to use it on my own, and it works great, no problems at all!
