When I bought an item at Best Buy it was all taken care of during the purchase, all I had to do was provide my Social Security Number and their computer took care of the rest.

Basic printer for basic work

I had the first printer for about two years before it stopped. Since I use it primarily for copying and/or basic printing, I don't need anything more sophisticated--although this printer does almost everything--and at such a low price, it's better to just replace it every couple of years. Easy to use. Photo printing is great.
