The process Cannon has you follow is not intuitive, nor easy. Wireless set-up took nearly 2 hours, which is where the 2-stars come off, considering I was able to set up my wireless mesh network, multiple smart devices (cameras, thermostats, TVs, etc) in a fraction of the time with a fraction of the effort. If the wireless set-up process is streamlined then this is a 5-star product.

If you’re trying to get a silple printer, with simple setup and plug-n-play functionality, this here’s your printer. Runs out of ink pretty quick so tou might as well purchase spare ink carts along with your purchase.

Also the ink cartridges that are incuded are not long lasting so replacements are about $30 to $35 on Amazon and they are lasting longer. Great deal for a canon , i love it !

I’ve only had this printer for about a month, but everything is working as advertised. Setup was very easy - just follow the instructions - and the functions such as two-sided printing, scanning, WiFi connection all work well. The printer is moderate sized with all the buttons placed on top for easy access. Overall, a good value!
