The printer was easy to set up though the instructions were not comprehensive in a couple areas. Overall it works very well, has multi functions, is fast and has excellent print quality.

It's a good quality and fast printer with some extra features. The network is very difficult to set up even as an IT person. There is no screen so you just have to reset and push buttons until the WPS works with it. It has a great "quiet mode" that you can use overnight or at all times. It prints slower but won't make you jump when it kicks on at night to clean.

The printer was easy to set up with detailed instructions included in the box. It took a little time to get the print settings right, but once done it printed as expected.

Setting it up was extremely annoying. It prints fine and I love the front to back feature. The only thing I don’t like is although I can print from my phone and my computer, if I print from my phone it will disconnect from the computer. Then I have to turn it off and turn it back on and wait awhile.

This is a great printer for the price. I haven't tried scanning yet, but it prints and copies beautifully. It was quite easy to install.

I love this printer I never thought I would say this but I love my printer. I know she is way to young and pretty and sophisticated for me but she caters to my every need. Great wireless printer. Set up was easy. Printer works great.

Since I purchased the same product twice, I obviously liked it. Love that it all folds up into a little box, so it has a small footprint and doesn't get dusty in multiple places. It's main use is for a small home office, so that fact that it lacks automatic feeding is less of an issue than it having automatic double sided feeding. I also like the various ink settings (draft, etc.) Note that you may get as many as 30 pages after it tells you that you need a new ribbon, I put one in when it actually runs out, and immediately get a replacement. (They're in the ink business more than anything, right?)

This printer is easy to install and has good print quality for the price

For a graduate student, this is an excellent device. I can copy, print, and scan using my Wi-Fi network. The only thing I don't care for is not having a button on the printer itself for the scanning function. I have to use it from my laptop. But really, that's not terrible.

After owning a Canon Pixma for 5 years it finally quit. I purchased the Pixma 3620 hoping for the same performance. The problem was in the installation. After many attempts my computer refused to recognize the printer and wouldn't connect wirelessly. My neighbor who is IT qualified also tried with no success. He then took it to his house thinking it might be an issue with my pc and router. After many attempts he also couldn't connect. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another Pixma 3620. Same result, it wouldn't connect. Finally exchanged it for a HP 2734e. Setup was very simple and it connected instantly. I must compliment Best Buy for an excellent return experience. Just one mention,I am running Windows10. Is there a compatibility problem?
