Bought this printer 5 months ago and just recently hooked it up and began using it. Easy set up and wireless feature is awesome and so far prints well and no paper jams.

Got this wireless printer for my dad as he was still using an old USB wired connection printer. Was easy enough for him to setup on his own, get it on the wireless network and can now print from his iPhone, or computer from anywhere in the house.

Great printer. I was looking for a printer for a young writer and this was perfect. Canon printers have never failed me! Wish it had an auto feed but for this price, this is a good buy.

This printer was fairly easy to install and prints great, as did my prior Canon printer. Our last Canon printer wasn't wireless, but also printed great. I look forward to many years of service and the convenience of wireless with the Pixma MG3620. I would recommend this product to anyone in a heartbeat.

The Customer Rep at Best Buy recommended this printer to work with a Chromebook. But he did not tell me that it CANNOT be connected with USB. It is only Chromebook compatible with a wireless connection. I wasted a lot of time trying to find out why the printer was only working intermittently. Best Buy was no help. They told me to bring the printer and laptop to the store. Calling Canon resolved the problem, although it took 35 minutes, as it must be first connected through the phone. 1-800-652-2666. I understand that the Best Buy floor reps can't know everything about everything, but I would have saved hours of frustration had I been informed or had the "Getting Started" instructions mentioned this incompatibility.

We purchased 3 of these to replace my mother’s printer, my own home printer and to have a second printer in our home. The price was fantastic, setup was easy and they have performed flawlessly since we brought them home.

Took some time to get it to connect to wifi but within a couple minutes Canon pixma did pretty well our last one lasted over 10 years so decided to choose another and for the price $99 wow, because we needed a printer works well prints well and printing looks great and works fast. So much better company to go with for printer. It was more easy to setup this printer than the other brand. Canon printer prettt happy with purchase.

Just purchased this printer so I can't speak to its durability yet. Initial printing looks good. I've had good experiences with past Canon printers and this ink jet printer is quite affordable. One caution is the lack of directions for setting up the wireless printing. The unpackaging directions are very clear until you "Download setup file". Good luck following their directions. The noted http web directions are quite confusing. There appears to be a number of ways to establish this wireless link, but there are no overview directions to set your course. YouTube had many instructional videos from users who had to figure it out on their own. I finally settled on the router WPS button strategy to establish the wireless link and found this method straight-forward.

I don't print a whole lot of things or lots of photos. I also no longer own a desktop computer. I needed a printer that I could use from my phone or tablet for important work papers or the occasional ticket stubs. This printer isn't top of the line or super fast, but I didn't need all that. It prints what I need, when I need it. For the price, I am super happy with it. I didn't want an HP when they want you to sign up for their automatic ink program. This is a great printer for someone who needs a reliable printer once in awhile. Great price and great printer for someone who just needs a wireless printer sometimes.

Bought this to replace an old HP that pretty much died. Out of the box it was very easy to setup. I did it with my iPhone, not my computer and things went well. Print looks great. Only complaint like others is that printing from mobile devices takes a few minutes but other than that I’ve been happy with it.

I ill be completely honest, we don't use this thing very much. The most we print is a few forms from online and homework assignments and coloring pages for my kids. We also have laptops instead of desktops so we connect to this device wire-lessly and it works great for our needs. The print is quality the cartridges last a while because we don't print a lot. And it has just the right amount of bells and whistles for the price. If you are looking for a standard affordable home printer I highyly recommend this device.

This printer was exactly what I wanted - a wireless printer by Canon (previous Canon models I owned worked well, lasted forever). Not too large. Accessible over my local wireless network. It's slow, but that's okay for the great price. Best Buy had a great price, delivered the printer to my door, on time. Setup took a little while because the documented procedure in the setup guide didn't work, but I downloaded the driver from Canon and it went smoothly from there.

The future is now for printers. I chose this model because it was cheaper, more compact, and able to do everything I wanted. In 2013, this printer would have been one-of-a-kind and technologically advanced. Welcome to the future - we have printers that can access your phone with wifi.

THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. SO GLAD I WAS FORCED INTO REPLACING MY OLD ONE. THE VALUE WAS GOOD AS WELL. THE PHOTO AND DOCUMENT QUALITY IS GOOD FOR AT HOME USE.

Easy to setup and it's an excellent product for the price that i paid! Also, very convenient to print through apps on mobile/tablet

This printer is an excellent product. It is more compact than the MX492 I had previously, and it also has faster copy and print speed. The process selection pad is much simpler to use and more concise. It is not fax capable like the MX492 but that was a feature I never used. The price was also better.

Print quality is good, value is good; had it for a while now and no complaints. Solid printer

Bought on line at bestbuy.com. Great price. Great performance. Does a great job. Really noisy, but has a quiet mode.
