Great printer love it!!.easy to use and hook up well worth the money

Right out of The box it was fairly easy to put together. Wifi was easy if you read instructions. You will need a printer cable if you do not have wifi. It has Direct print capabilities. Overall Nice printer for home.

Super easy to set up wireless on 4 devices. Scanning was a breeze! Super inexpensive.

I love this printer because it is simple to use. I can also connect my camera and smart phone to print pictures. It makes my life just a little easier when I need a copy or a print like right now.

Love this printer! Works amazing easy to set up, although at first I was doing it wrong after trying a few times I got it to set up easily on my laptop, phone, and my tablet. Print quality is great and it's really fast.

I read the bad reviews and took a chance anyway. It was not as easy to set up as it should have been. The diagnostic software is as unhelpful as I have ever seen. I got it to work (but I don't know how). For the first few days it printed double-sided prints beautifully. I was happy with the quality. Then, it just stopped working. I did not adjust any settings or move the device. It turned on but would not print. The diagnostic software only allowed me to delete the prints on queue. It resolved nothing. With deadlines that were looming, I could not spend any more time trying to figure this printer out. I was disappointed. My previous Canon PIXMA lasted 10 years and this was supposed to replace it. It's okay to offer budget printers but they have to work consistently. The diagnostic software has to offer some actionable solutions: that was totally unacceptable.

Quick delivery. Easy installation. Works perfectly with Apple’s AirPrint. It automatically powers down some time with no activity. I now have one in both my houses. The ink does not dry out if I leave it unused for months at a time.

The printer is fine. I was told that Canon and the Best Buy tech lines could help me if I had any problems installing it. Well, Canon no longer offers over the phone tech support for this printer. You should rely on the directions that come with it. Well, that is like reading Greek to me.
