Great Printer w/ Two Caveats . . .
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the ptr . . . 1) Every time I restart ptr to print text, an error msg comes up about not properly powering down ptr; I report error msg to Canon, Canon says it's a Windows 10 problem, naturally MS has no fix for it. AAARRRGGGH! 2) Excess startup cleanup action whenever ptr is powered on.

Works fine; guzzles pricey ink

So I got this one, which had decent reviews. It uses 2 ink cartridges; a black-and-white and a color. (My previous printer had three separate color cartridges.) A set of 2 will set you back about $50 if you buy the Canon brand. I think my first two lasted less than 6 months, and I don't do a ton of printing. But that seems to be the case with any of the not-too-expensive inkjet printers you can buy.
