The canon printer i purchased was not top of the line but it still does everything i need for everyday printing needs

its very easy to set up very practical i love it so far tge best printer ive ever bought

Great printer once you can get the wifi connected to it. That was a HUGE pain!

Great printer. I had to purchase this for work and it does the job.

The setup was easy installing the cartridges was a breeze however I have yet been able to connect the wireless feature to my wireless laptop, so therefore have to opt in for a USB cord for the printer

I had this same printer for over 10 years and it had had zero issues until now when the rollers quit pulling the paper in. It was cheaper to buy a new one here than to repair the old one.

Nice looking printer for a kid, because of wireless and scanner, not to mention the red color. However, it does not pull the paper when printing. Invest more money and get a better printer.

Works great for simple documents and photos but will Not Re-Size anything

This printer have everything I need. Most of the time I am using it for school, but I did start doing some picters too. And the price was very afordable.

First of all, it can't connect to 5gh. I rent any can't change the router. I understand that's common. I just wish I had known . More importantly, the color isn't anywhere near what it shows on screen whether I have Photoshop or the printer control the colors. (See pic. Original is on the left) A piece of 4x6 photo paper got jammed so far inside I couldn't reach it even after taking the printer apart as far as I could.

I hate this printer with a passion. I can’t believe I spent full price on it. I should’ve just stuck to HP to be honest. First, the app is terrible. It worked on my phone for a while. Then I downloaded the software on my laptop…followed every single step and it wouldn’t connect. Okay. Connected by Wifi. Finally. Every single time I want to print something from my phone or my laptop this annoying orange light comes on and NOTHING PRINTS. I’ve tried troubleshooting so many times but nothing. I’m out 80+ dollars and I wouldn’t even give this to anyone, just going straight to the trash. Just like customer service when I tried returning it.

No words except after repeated attempts of attempting to hook-up to my WIFI (unsuccessful), went ahead and used a USB port. Finally worked that route, HOWEVER, it would never print a page without misprinting - sentences "merged" together, never a clean print. I did have a Tech expert friend look at it - he did, and advised me to return the product. I did and went with an HP printer and it works like a charm!

First of all registration is unbelievably hard and tech support is snarky at best. The printer quality is doubled and almost impossible to read! The pictures have a vertical line from top to bottom of the picture. I will never buy another Canon product in my lifetime and will pass this on to everyone I talk with... I’m completely unimpressed with this Company and their Tech Support folks!

Absolutely terrible printer very hard to set up and went to return it because it was difficult to set up Best Buy didn’t wanna take it back because it was 4 days late . Why do they only give two weeks to return? It isn’t even used just opened the box to se it. Also when I received the printer it was in the box it comes in didn’t even come in a shipping box to hid what I had bought. The ink I had bought came in a box too they took back the ink that was one day late due to late shipping. They only took it because it wasn’t open.

Have had the previous model for years and loved it for every reason! Cheaper to replace than repair? Heres the breakdown: color - thought red would be fun…No! 2 tone so it looks cheap! Install - directions were just ok, needed to read through couple of times. Here is the worst part!!! Setup - ZERO STARS!! There are literally hours of my life i will never get back! It does not comnect to Wifi, downloaded “platform” - even worse than the instructions where they try to instruct you - no longer has a “dashboard” or “control panel”on printer —- do not recommend
