I needed a wireless printer. I checked online to see what was available. I went to the local store and asked one of the associates about features and differences between the various models. Based on what we plan on using it for at home, I chose this model. I found it very easy to set up and install with my mobile phone as well as my laptop. Once I had the printer set up it was easy to test it. I printed my tax returns a week later and it worked great.

when this was on sale it was a phenomenal price for the same cost as 2 ink cartridges 240 and241 thanks , works great

Easy to connect to the wireless router and easy to use. I got this for my 80-year-old dad 2 years ago. He rarely prints, but so far he has had no issued with the ink clogging up due to lack of use. The price was great too.

This replaces a more expensive color printer and is a great value for the price. Has all the feaures one would want and very easy to setup (download software from web). Great Value printer/copier/scanner. Doesn't take up a lot of space and easy to set-up. Does everything we need.

Not sure if my issues are with the printer or the comparability with my Chrome Book.Scanning takes too long and cannot send large scanned docs by email. Best things about this printer is the price and the size .

I've had this printer for about 4 months now and love it! It is small and tidy --it fits neatly under my desk. Printing quality is decent enough for printing out forms, recipes and such. I haven't printed much in color but it does a decent job. Scanner is easy to use. The only downside was that it was REALLY frustrating to try to install and set up. However the Canon customer service person (once they answered the phone) was excellent and helped me get it going.

When our previous Canon printer developed an issue with the alignment of the print cartridge, we looked for an inexpensive, but reliable replacement printer. The Canon PIXMA MG3620 was available at a reduced price online at BestBuy.com with free delivery (since we have a BestBuy rewards membership. When the printer arrived, it took a little bit to figure out the setup, but we have had a great experience with reliable, quality printed pages in the 3 weeks since then! For a great price, I would recommend this printer!

I am having trouble going wireless but I think its the Chromebook - wired it up and it works great - does all I need - happy with this purchase !

For <$70, an excellent buy! Easy to setup and good quality.

Frankly speaking, I needed new ink cartridges for another printer I owned and this printer cost less than two new ink cartridges. You do the math. But seriously speaking, I've always preferred a Canon peripheral and this printer is no different. Plus it's wireless for your iPad or tablet. The Best of both worlds.

Great printer at a decent price. Print quality is excellent and so far no jams.

I have had a similar printer to this so it was familiar. Easy to set up and put in the ink cartridges. Challenging to use on WiFi but with some Internet help, I got it all set up fine. The paper instructions on that are a bit confusing.

This inkjet printer has been great and saves a lot of space. It was easy to set up and I truly enjoy the wireless option. I even taught my husband how to print from his mobile phone. We have been using a rather old version printer by Brothers which took up a lot of space.

We got this printer for my 12 yr old for his homework. It's fast and reliable and very compact. The ink isn't the easiest to find so when we find it we buy extra and it didnt come with a USB cable (had to buy one) as Bluetooth isn't always great option in our home. Overall tho we like this printer a lot for what we use it for.
