Hardest problem was trying to get it to stay on in stand-by. Had to go push power butten before printing then rereading instructions and several unsuccessful attempts to get it set up everything works great. Print from two computers, pictures off cell phone and from cloud with no problems so far. Also ink replacement is much less than Lexmark which it replaced.

work great and easy to install. dont have a cd drive to download so googled the software and download from there.

So far so good. It’s a pretty basic printer but it works well and hasn’t broken in just a few months like most do.

It came ready! Plugged it into the wall, loaded the cd, and in a minute I was connected to the home network, and printing from my phone. You gotta love technology!

The printer was less than the refills for my old printer, plus this little printer is wireless and a scanner. I couldn't be happier with my Canon - Pixma MG 3620.

Currently a college student. This printer does everything that I need it to do at a reasonable price! I like the wireless feature as well as the power-saver mode.

Easy to set up and works great. Kim will package the no damage. Easy to set up. Use the online app and was able to print via Bluetooth from my phone within minutes.

- If you want to use it with a USB connection to a Mac (in a college dorm), good luck! The USB-C to the printer square USB cable is next to impossible to buy. - I spent 4 hours trying to fix the above problem. Gave up and use the Built-in WiFi. It will work for both Mac and Iphone but the sending device will not have WiFi as it is used for the printer connection. - The printing quality is Ok for college purposes.
