Works fine; guzzles pricey ink

So I got this one, which had decent reviews. It uses 2 ink cartridges; a black-and-white and a color. (My previous printer had three separate color cartridges.) A set of 2 will set you back about $50 if you buy the Canon brand. I think my first two lasted less than 6 months, and I don't do a ton of printing. But that seems to be the case with any of the not-too-expensive inkjet printers you can buy.

Not a bad printer

I could not get the printer to print wirelessly, even after going through hours of trouble making and going back-and-forth with the company. I ended up buying a direct connection to my laptop in order for me to print. Not sure why the wireless printing was not working, however was easily resolved with a direct connection. Printer is relatively slow, but it gets the job done and isn’t bad for the price.

Had to use a usb port from the printer to my laptop to print. Not to mention, as time went on the printer started printing my stuff that was ineligible to read.

Great for college dorm.
