I'm not technologically savvy that's why I can't talk much about the product. I needed it for my nclex rn review and it's doing a great job so far :) connecting it to our devices was easy.

Printer honestly works great but was the biggest pain to setup wirelessly. The directions they give with the printer are inaccurate and I had to call and talk with multiple Canon employees to finally figure it out.

Nice printer and scanner. Replaced my old one that was like this one.

Print quality is good but a HUGE pain to try and setup. Software will not install on latest OS so you cannot connect wirelessly with it. I was finally able to get it setup on my router by using my iPhone and then my MacBook could use it. What a hassle. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MAC USERS!

I bought this for my grandmother who loves printing any photo sent of her family, and unfortunately you need to use a lot of ink to make photos look good. Her HP deskjet was perfect for what she wanted, this prints photos poorly.

Great printer. Good price and I like that I can print from my iPhone with the Bluetooth. I purchased this for my kids school work.

Does the job! Wish I could copy multiple pages but works great

This printer was very difficult to link up to my phone and the photos don't come out as crisp and clear as I would of liked. I wish I got a different one. On another note, the scan to email functionality is pretty cool.

Canon, the well known camera company, has always made great printers. I've brought a Canon years ago. Lasts and makes good copies. Ink cartridges are sometimes a little higher than others.

I was looking for a portable printer during the lock down and this just popped up on my screen. I have to regrets! Perfect for my work.

I think this printer is a great buy for the money.

The printer is very good and easy to setup. The only small problem is the printing time which takes long. But for a home printer, it's ok.

As to printing it's great. Easy set up & installation but that's where the 'easy' ends. We have to keep turning it on, it doesn't just stay on; so if send a print job it won't wake up automatically & print. You must turn it on and start over. There isn't a Direction booklet or pamphlet, we have to go on line or use CD, both are a pain. The control panel has icons instead of words, icons aren't simple, readable. We haven't mastered the scramming element which is annoying. Scanning seems to be a process, not just a quick click click. Let's just say it isn't just a simple plug in and start using unless just printing jobs.

I read a couple of reviews first before purchasing this product. I must say if you are considering it. Buy it. Dont even think about it. Really nice for documents. For pictures not as much.

Having used Canon printers for both personal and business applications, when the need arose for a new printer I selected another Canon model. The PIXMA MG3620 was on sale so I purchased it and started to use it for routine projects. Much to my dismay, this printer uses a lot of ink and I mean a lot. The purchase price may have been attractive but the cost of operation seems very high. Not what I expected from Canon. I made a bad choice.
