The setup is a bit tricky, they don't include the USB cable. But there are detailed instructions on how to add it to your network. Overall great printer no complaints

Excellent value and works fine. Wireless was easier to set up than my last one. Follow instructions and go through the Canon site for Windows setup.

Use it in a pediatric clinic to print state vaccine records. Does use a lot of ink.

Pretty average one. Slow, noisy, and the printer needs to be adjusted with papers each time before printing. Not convenient and user friendly at all!

Not easy to setup wifi printing that I am using wire connection

The replacement cartridges for this printer are expensive. You could practically buy a new printer for what it costs to replace the cartridges. You could buy refill kits but those are messy and your ink levels aren't accurate. Next time I will see how much replacement cartridges cost before I purchase a printer.

Bought this one cause I needed a new one it works great but I miss the screen to it like my old one other then that works great

when the other printer one broke i got the same one again.

The canon pixma software could not be uploaded to my MacBook. I had to return it. The return far easier than I expected and I was told my payments would be got back on the credit. cards I used. The staff did not know much about this printer and its poor Mac compatibility. They were polite and helpful, especially on the return.

for the price I am totally surprised at the photo print quality of this printer... I have a photo booth and I have purchased 3 of these printers.

Works well, good printer. Some confusion on set-up, it wasn't clear to have to download app onto phone first to complete. All else seems to work well. Good price.

the deal breaker for me with this is the 2 sided printing and the time it saves. liked it so much bought my husband one.

The Canon Pixma MG3620 works very well and it produces brilliant copies!

Love Cannon products, They work very well, my one issue with all electronics is they need to be less complicated to set up and use in this day and age !!

Bought this to replace my old Canon printer and couldn't be happier. I can still refill my own cartridges which saves me money in the long run.

Bought this printer because of the reviews and the low cost of operation. My daughter loves this printer so much, she brings it when she comes home to visit.
