Title says it all. It worked fine for two months, then a week after the return/exchange period was over, it stopped. Downloaded new drivers, plugged it into the wireless hub. Turned it on and off-- nothing works. Piece of junk.

Printer starts a job then stops the job half way through. I wouldn't recommend anyone who has to print many pages at one time to get this printer. Very disappointed with my purchase. Learn from my mistake, do your research first.

Bought the printer to replace an older Canon that wouldn't work with our new computers. Have been happy with Canons in the past, but this one worked fine for about 10 pages and then started printing out of line.

Difficult setup. Could not get printer to remain connected to my router. Spent multiple hours in phone with Canon support. Support agent was very condescending and didn't resolve my problem. Don't buy this printer.

    Solid printer, easy install

Rather than install from the disc, I took the advice of another reviewer and downloaded the latest driver from Canon. Good advice, as Canon recommends uninstalling the old driver, then re-installing the new driver - saved me from install/uninstall/reinstall. As well as the "complete" install, the Canon website also offers a "driver only" package. I chose "driver only" to avoid any bloatware. Install was a breeze (Windows 7 Pro). The only question asked was "WiFi or USB?" After choosing USB, printer and scanner were installed with no further user input - and no bloatware. Print/scan/copy all produce good quality results. I chose the MG3620 because it was the newest model I could find, at a reasonable price, that used the same cartridges as our other "house" printer, an MG3222. Though I've only had it a few days, I gave it 5 Stars because of the option to install "complete" or "driver only", the ease of install, ease of use, good quality results, and the duplex print capability. Nice feature. As is the fact that the driver is compatible with every version of Windows from XP, up to and including Windows 10.

If you’ve got a Google Nest Hub for your Wi-Fi, don’t bother with this printer. It doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi.
