I bought this printer for my daughter. I already have the same printer which has lasted me for over 10 years. Based on the cost and the quality of the printer it was a good buy.

The instructions were small and had so many lengthy steps that I had to prevail on a neighbor who had a Canon printer to get it set up. Previously I had HP which was okay since I only print few things. Unfortunately I broke it and wanted a cheap, but decent simple printer. Figuring out which button is actually for printing is what is slow, not so much the printer speed. Have not used any other functions, or the app, so I can’t say how that will go.

Good Printer Not Great. Does what it is supposed to. It isn’t the fastest or the latest tech it prints and copies cleanly. It can print photos, but not true photo quality. Great at being a budget printer with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

This is my second Canon Pixma printer. (First one lasted more than 12 years and actually is still going.) Set up of this MG-3620 was simple as I am not using wireless feature at this time. Good clear printing. My only issue - with both printers- is cost of ink. Usually as much as the cost of the printer itself.

This printer has done everything I have asked of it from photos, to card stock and regular prints. My only complaint is that you have to babysit it when printing multiple pages. The catch arm is not long enough to support more than a page or two so sometimes they end up sliding off and I have to reorganize them. But overall very happy with the Printer!

I was looking for a small inexpensive printer to keep in my classroom so I could print/copy in a pinch. This is perfect. It isn't a top of the line printer but it still has good quality. It has wifi connection but I use a USB to connect it to my laptop. It is very easy to connect/unconnect and was easy to add to my computer.

I needed a new printer in a compact size with wireless capability. Setting up the wireless functionality was a little time consuming but it worked effortlessly once I got through all the steps. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money and this product (>$60) was right within budget.

Needed a way to copy scan and print from my phone directly without connecting to home wifi. I use it in my semi to scan, copy and email bill of ladings and invoices as well as print permits etc received in email. (Truck stops charge $2 a page for this!) Was worried about the constant bumps and jarring of the roads, but in the last month it has held up just great, and has already paid for itself 2 times over in saved faxing fees on the road.

For the price you cant beat it. If you are occasionally printing this is a great investment. It's wireless so you can connect with your phone which is a game changer. If you need something with speed, this ain't it...lol

Printer Ink is “Black” and “Color”

The shipping box had the word "N*gro" in a non-English language, which I believe was referring to the ink inside the box. To give it the benefit of the doubt, this seems to be a naming defect in labeling the ink as “Black” and “Color” in non-English. Also, the price for REPLACING the ink is the same price as the Canon printer: $69.99. I bought a bulk of ink to replace my inkjet on eBay which was $30 cheaper. Another note: why is it so difficult to connect the wifi printer to a home network? The setup instructions are so confusing
