The scanner worked well from the beginning. But the print was very light initially on emails or Internet material. That corrected itself just as we were about to return the printer. Set up was easy using a cable.

I bought this printer for my laptop running Windows 10. Installation was easy. I was able to the WiFi connection with no issues and it has been reliably stable in that regard. The printer isn't very loud for occasional printing (maybe 1 or 2 times a week). If you just need to print out maps, emails, important documents..this does the job just fine.

Perfect for my apartment for when I need to print anything wirelessly. Easy to download and setup the mobile app etc and great price

Easy to set up and use. Print from several devices wirelessly. I use this for copying, printing and scanning as I work from home. Would and have recommended this to friends.

Very si.ple to set up and start printing. The quality of printi g is very good. I highly recommend this printer. If I ever need to replace it, I'd buy the same one.

network connectivity is spotty/poor. sometimes have to reconnect to print. my wifi router is 10ft away, I could just install a cable and make life easier but it's supposed to be wireless and I'm stubborn

I purchased this as a replacement for the one I had previously, which kind of crapped out on me for some reason. I also bought this for its wireless capabilities. I wasn't able to use it with my wireless router for printing from my PC, maybe because my router's signal isn't strong enough or blocked. I bought a cable for a direct connection. However, with the Canon PRINT app for my Android phone and when I was using my laptop, the wireless printing worked great. The options to choose Color and Black & White copying is a nice feature too. Haven't tried to scan anything yet, but I'm sure that I will not be disappointed with the results.

Great printer for the price!! Works great and love that the black ink is a separate cartridge.

Affordable, but works well. A bit slow to start a print job, but not terribly slow while printing. Even the starter ink cartridges lasted a good while. I went through an entire package of paper (250 sheets, I think) and only then was the color ink starting to fade. Haven't had any paper jams. Ink cartridges were easy to change. Scans clearly, too. The software to operate it isn't the best, but it isn't any worse than any others I've used of different brands.

So far so good! Set up was pretty easy all in all. Print quality is nice.

Printer/scanner/copier work great. Says it will take 11 by 17 but we have not tried that yet. That would be really good at times. The big printer is setup to run with the desktop. The laptops cannot log in for some reason. My scanner died and a service call was about $140. Got a scanner for about $100 that doubles as a backup printer for the laptops. Even better the desktop can log into it.

This new printer has been easy to set up and easy to use. I have been very happy with it.
