    Printer at this point works very well. First printer did not last 1 1/2 years and has been replaced under warranty. School is out , we will see.

    The printer was easy to setup and has good photo print quality. It worked with my Galaxy S6 as well. The downside is that it is noisier than our last Pixma printer. I'd still recommend it, though.

    Bought this for my wife to use with her Mac with the latest OS X . It is not a very satisfying printer. It constantly needs to be reprogrammed and is simply not a plug and play unit. Looking for info on canon's website is pretty frustrating too.

    I am pretty impressed with this printer. I think it was easy to set up and connect to wifi, and it prints beautifully. I do have an issue with the photo printing however - no matter how I set it up, my pictures always print with a white border. I ordered the 4X6 photo paper from bestbuy.com as well specifically for Canon and somehow it will never come out just right. I have adjusted settings and even chosen borderless printing and it still prints with a white border. Extremely disappointing and I'm being told I have to pay to have someone from BestBuy help me figure it out. May end up returning.

    We spent considerable time in trying to set up this printer, according to all the provided instructions. My expectations were basic: tap the Print box, hear the printer promptly kick into action, and produce the document in under 1-2 minutes. However, with this printer: NO. NOTHING. Check all the connections. Still NOTHING. 15 minutes later. More NOTHING. So frustrating!! Will return asap.
