When I purchased this printer, I picked it up for a very low price given the incentives offered with the purchase. So far, it is a great replacement for my Brother MFC-J430W and has a much better display for interacting with the settings, etc. Unfortunately, it does not have a paper feed for the scanner, so it is not possible to scan a large document unless loading and scanning one page at a time. Other than that, the images print out fine and the printer does not seem to burn through ink as fast as my previous Brother printer. If it lasts as long, it was a fine replacement.

It was very easy to set up. Ready to print quickly and the screen is much easier to read than my old printer. This is a good product. Canon Pixma MG6821

I like this printer because it has easy to use Wi-Fi . It works really well with my IPAD. I was surprised bought 2 of them. The thing I don't like is the ink doesn't last as long and cost more than my old printer.

Good printer but need use a lots of ink in different color and the set up was not easy for me due i had difficulties in understand the instruction on the manual

Easy setup, prints are clear and precise. Photos work great with photo paper. Scanning documents works well also.

I actually installed this for a friend. I received it from Best Buy, and did the initial set up at my house. Easy to turn on,, install cartridges and understand where everything was. I used online YouTube videos by the way. Then i went to set it up in my friends home. 15 minutes it was up and running. IPhone printed perfectly, wireless set up for home computer was perfect. I had no issues at all. Since then my friend has commented on how nice and easy it is to uses.

A Canon sales rep approached me and after listening to his opinion; I chose this model. I am satisfied that my choice fulfils my printing and scanning needs.

This printer is easy to operate. It's fast and produces great prints. It also produces excellent copies. I'm very happy and highly recommend it.

Works great so far. Still learning all the features. Like the control location and the bigger screen. The only real negative it the paper tray. The old MP560 tray slide under the printer and output tray opened when you printed. On this one the open paper tray sticks out. When you print wireless from another room you have to make sure the tray is open.

I bought this printer for my grandparents to use after theirs had been made a victim of a lightning bolt. I was looking for a printer that would fold up and have its paper trays be out of the way, and something that'd be easy for grandma to replace the ink cartridges. I was expecting something a bit more cumbersome and unpolished for this price range, but this Canon surprised me for the price range. Its setup is a little different than I'm used to. Even if it's going to be used via the network, the setup will still require the use of the packaged CD (or the setup software can be downloaded online). The touchscreen interface on the printer is a little small, but it's bigger than its predecessors. The ink tanks can be a little difficult to line up to install when FIRST setting the printer up, but as long as you're not channeling the spirit of a rhinoceros, you'll be fine. When replacing the ink tanks later, replacing them one at a time (to use the neighboring ink tanks as guides) will make installing the replacements as smooth as butter. The paper tray's capacity is surprisingly small. Without looking it up, I'd have to guess that it's only able to hold about 50 sheets of regular letter size paper. I'm giving this printer 4 stars because while it's definitely a lower-tier printer in the grand scheme of photo printers, it's still got pigment black ink, 5 separate ink tanks (magenta, cyan, yellow, dye black, and pigment black), it's aesthetically pleasing, the physical design of the thing is well-polished, and the regular basic operations of the thing are easy enough to be able to teach grandma!
