Great printer, good price! A very good all around printer, does an excellent job on photographs.

The setup is easy. The quiet mode is not as quiet as it should be. Easy print from iPhone and iOS devices. It is auto wake and auto off.

Read a lot of reviews before buying. This fit our budget and space requirement. Wanted a printer with separate ink cartridges and small enough to fit on top of a small file cabinet. This one fit the bill. Prints fast and great quality.

It was easy to set up. The WiFi works great for my devices. The only problem I have is that it shuts off after being on so long. However, it is easy to turn back on. The color has been good when printing. I have not done any photos yet though. Loading paper is different but not difficult. Also, the paper tray is smaller than my last Canon printer. Further, I should note here that there are no generic ink cartridges so you have to buy them from Canon. My sources tell me that will change shortly. I am very please with the performance so far.

Directions for set up were easy to follow. Printing is fast and clear. Scanning is also easy to use.

The printer was very easy to setup and has been a breeze to use every time it was put into service. Wireless connectivity makes using it very convenient especially if (table top) space is at a premium, as it can be placed away from the computer/laptop. Also, being able to print from any device (iphone, ipad, tablet, etc) is great. It is a bit slow to print out pages but once it starts printing, the job is completed pretty quickly. A drawback is that the printer does not have a paper tray where paper can be left in. Hence, every time you print, you need to place the paper in manually. Overall though, I am very pleased with the printer.

This is a very attractive and nicely featured printer and I needed a second printer. I really like my Canon MG5300 series and this model looked very similar. The feature I particularly like with the MG5300 is, the printer is completely closed and when you print, the printer door automatically opens and the page is fed out. Not so with this unit. The image shown is with no paper in the paper tray. When you want to print you must manually snap open the door and place paper in the tray or you have to leave the door hanging open with paper half hanging out. Looks kind of odd without an internal paper tray. Took it back and purchased the Canon MX922 simmular design but slightly larger with 2 internal trays and additional features for +$20 more. Well worth the additional cost.

My new Canon printer is excellent for home use. I am amazed at the quality of the printing as well as the speed of the printing for a printer in this price range. The set up time was a bit longer than expected, but there are step-by-step directions included and online. Our sales rep recommended this printer, and we are happy he did!

Good fast printer but quite loud. My other Canon model was much quieter and I miss the paper tray drawer which slid inside to hide the paper. This model can only operate with the paper tray open and in view.

Fits nicely and love the compact look on my desk. Love the wireless so that I am able to print from iPhone and tablet.
