I have used it for 3 months now and it has been so useful for all kinds of printing. I have not tried to print pictures on picture paper yet. And it can scan in jpeg or pdf. It has done all that I needed. Setting up was a little time consuming but worth the work. Did not run into any problems so far.

Printer has worked well in the first month or so however the only thing I don't like is you have to turn it on to get it to print every time. My last printer as soon as you sent something to the printer it would automatically turn itself on to print.

My aging HP was giving me a lot of problems and from past experience with Canon products and customer service I got this one. It was on sale and I like the fact that I can do double-sided printing.

I bought this printer to go alone with my sons computer. It has more features than I will ever use! It's wireless capability is awesome and works perfect from any room in my house. It's an easy connection to my home network and can print from any device that has wireless capability to include our iPhones!!

I needed a simple-to-operate color printer that we could use in conjunction with my monochrome laser printer mainly for the kids' school work. This was perfect for our needs. I just found the set-up a little complicated hence just the 4 stars.

a little noisy, but pictures are great. Good design. I like the silver.Black shows every dust bunny.And the lid of the scanner stays open all by its self. My last one did not. The pictures print when the progam says matte even if I put in glossy papers???? Other wise it questions the papers????

It does a good job for a all in one printer. The hard thing was the set up definitely not for the beginners. Plus trying to set up another computer was more difficult but got them to work.

Haven't used it much at this point. Bought it for my son as he has started back to college, and only has internet and cell phones and seems to meet his needs, but time will tell as he his school progresses and his needs for his printer increase.

This is the best Wireless Printer I have ever owned. The picture quality is excellent while also not taking up to much ink. I print directly from my Samsung galaxy edge cell phone and from my iPad Air 2. I love the scanning feature also.. Perfect for the every day low low prices at BestBuy..
