I have set up dozens of printers and I couldn't figure out how to connect this one to my network. Called Cannon's US based customer support and they walked me through it. It was complex. Too complex for a printer made in 2016. That being said, once set up, it performs better than any other sub $100 printer I've ever had. I got it on sale for $63. I would have paid more but not much more. At $100 and above, there are better options.

I've owned 5 printers prior to purchasing my first Canon and the difference is night and day. Starting with features and print quality, Canon IMO really outworks other brands in their price range with crisp text and stunning photo quality. Having purchased a wifi Canon camera, integration via free software was a snap and I'm able to transfer pics to my phone, edit, then send to the printer without a hitch. No PC needed, no connectors to lose, and no more trips to the drugstore to print photos. Highly recommended.

Pretty simple installation that took only minutes to complete. Copies are bright, crisp, and print quickly. Photo copies are very good and could be compared to store kiosk copies. Very satisfied with this purchase, worth every penny.

I decided to buy this printer at Best Buy because there was a rep from CANON who pointed out all the features and gave me an incredible deal. Usually I don't buy anything without researching the product but the rep really sold me.

I'm not sure what you are looking for in a printer but this printer does everything scan, print and make copies. I like that it is fast and user friendly. I also like that each ink cartridges are separated by colors they aren't all jammed packed into one which makes it easier to fill instead of buying a brand new one each time. Besides that it's a Cannon so what's there not to love. I would recommend it for everyday printing and more.

Pros: prints photos nicely. Able to print from my phone and iPad. Cons: I have the printer sitting on an antique side table and when the printer is printing it shakes the table, LOL!

this thing does a great job printing but it is a little loud you can hear it several rooms away

I used to always have HP printers but I just can't deal with all the headaches HP printers cause. The Canon MG6821 is so easy to use and hasn't given me any problems. The Best Buy salesman recommended it and he was right.

I got this printer on sale. It is good deal for quality and price. No problem so far. The old MX400 series that I replaced had the "Error of death" w/ few weeks old ink in it.

The printer performs high quality printing although it is a little slower than I like. The copier generates high quality copies.

The screen is too small to use easily with a finger. The paper tray cannot be closed when paper is in it. A door above the tray has to be open for the paper to exit. It is very noisy to use. It does make excellent color prints, is light weight, and wi-fi capable..

I bought a new computer and my previous printer was not compatible. I like the fact that this printer works wirelessly and with all our devices at home.Also can print photos.

I don't use the printer/copier/scanner that often. I haven't used the scanner function at all. The printer and copier functions are easy to use and are of good quality. I am satisfied with the product and hopefully it will last longer than our last one.Best Buy employees were very helpful in the selection of this product.

I got this great printer to go with my iMac and I love the wireless printing!

I have used Canon printers at work and purchased one for personal use because of the reliability and great printing it does.

We've had this for a short time now and it prints beautifully. I haven't had to change the ink yet and hopefully it will last longer then the HP's we've had!

This Pixma printer provides excellent, photo lab quality prints; edge to edge printing; and all the wireless and remote printing a person might need. So far I've printed several hundred photos, flyers, post cards, posters, and documents without issue. All prints have met or exceeded my expectations.

This is a good printer ~ easy to set up and easy to use. Pros: Prints good quality. Even photos come out good. You can replace one ink cartridge at a time, as you run out of ink. Cons: A bit noisy and a little slow, but that doesn't bother me. Still very worth the price. I actually bought this for myself and then repurchased as a Christmas gift for someone else.

I had alot of problems with 2 new Epson printers that I bought from Best Buy and they kindly took them back. Bought this printer and so far love it. Absolutely, no problems and easy to use.
