I believe that this printer is a little bit slow, comparing with the competitive

It doesn't print the greatest photos but good enough at the price point.

I've only owned this printer for one day and have run only used the printer briefly to test the quality, speed, loudness, etc.. It is currently on sale with no reviews showing so I wanted to offer my opinion and impressions. The printer's ink cartridges still appear full after having completed the tests required during the setup procedure. Everything is pretty straight forward regarding setup. My only issue was Windows 10 kept my old printer as the default printer so ensure that is changed. The quick setup guide is thorough enough to get it going. The print quality is good for a printer at a sub $100 price point. At it's listed retail of $150 I would expect slightly more. I detest the fact you now have to manually open the paper trays to print. The old Canon printers did this automatically. The printer is very quiet in the quiet mode and speed is acceptable. The scanner also seems quite decent and faster than my previous Canon printer. Ink is a bit pricey in my opinion but the 5 individual cartridges should offset the price difference in my old cartridges. Overall I think it is an excellent printer for the $79.00, or anywhere less than $100. I will delay recommending it at full price until I have further tested it and ensure everything operates as smoothly as it has thus far.

I brought this printer less than a month ago, after reading some of the reviews and buying it is the worst mistake I could have made. This is a horrible printer. I brought it on 9/17/16, and it broke three weeks ago. I barely used it. I used it three times to print labels. The second time I printed the labels it started getting paper jams; but managed to print them after clearing the jam. The second time I tried print, I kept getting papers jams non-stop. Now, It won't print at all. I'm so angry about that. I feel like I wasted my money by buying this printer.

I purchased this printer to replace a broken HP printer. Unfortunately the printer is very bulky, noisy and the app is very poor. Returned the product and repurchased HP

I used this printer for like 3 weeks before it started having problems. It kept saying that it was out of paper when it wasn't. It just became too bothersome to use

i have, the scanner showed every piece of lint and the printer worked slow. was not easy to use with my iPhone. 2 stars because its sleek and nice white color, so i like the design

As soon as I took this printer out of the box and plugged it in I knew it was trouble. The warning light was on. No power!!!! So I figured maybe I needed to call, maybe there was a reset switch...nope!!! It just didn't work. After troubleshooting this brand new printer, by calling canon, the rep informed me I had 2 options, send them this one back FIRST and they will send me a new one (ummmm, ma'am this is new) or take it back to best buy, however I should call first because they may not take it back. I am done with Canon

Positive: I've always had Cannon Printers, but this one is the first printer that was so easy and the instructions were very user friendly. It set up in less than 10 minutes. Just follow the instructions on the screen or in the Set-up 1 & 2 book pages. Print quality is great and picture quality is good, I just need to get the right paper for pictures. I would recommend this printer for home use. Negative: it shakes the mock printer table we have, We might have to get a more stable table for the printer. Good quality product.

I didn't even try it but had to return because it did not have an option to turn off the wifi

The darn thing might be great for printing photos, but that’s not my thing. It can barely print more than 10 pages without jamming. As for 2-sided printing, forget it. And the ink!!! Is so darn expensive. I can’t believe I decided to get this on sale at a steep discount and now it’s showing up in drugstores.

The worst printer I ever bought in my life !!!! Problems every day, nothing work, and if you use a generic ink you get a message of a "strange object inside the printer", what prevents you from using, what a waste of money, after months fighting with this printer just went to the trash today

No document feeder. Does not turn on automatically when document is sent to printer.
