Canon rep didn't inform me of the minimal upgrades I needed on my computer to hook up the printer. Geek squad man said he couldn't hook it up. Wouldn't have bought a canon had I'd known how impossible it is to hook up. Am trying to figure out how to upgrade my computer. Been on the phone for hours with tech help.

This printer is terrible. DO NOT BUY. I had an error: B203 less than a year of ownership. I'm not even doing any heavy printing. Steer clear from Canon Printers. They're not what they used to be.

Good scanner don't get for printing it is too slow.

Sounds like a duck quacking when printing. Sounds like rusty gears when warming up. Turns off automatically but won't turn on automatically. Worst printer I have ever owned. Hate it.

i'm unable to get this printer back online despite many attempts to reinstall from wifi. Since I do not have a USB cable handy and have not had time to purchase one, the printer is basically useless.

We were told by the sales person it would connect wireless using our Verizon network and not require wifi. It connects and immediately disconnects. Disappointed with product and sales advice

Not as easy to use as my last printer. I have a lot to learn. It turns off automatically when not in use therefore I must go into another room to turn it on when I want to use it.

The printer didn't work from the beginning. I set it up as per the instructions... but it just didn't work. I can't comment on the printer when it actually performs. Never saw that!

printer will randomly stop working. go to print something and the laptop, phone whatever it is just doesnt recognize it. the most aggravating printer ive ever dealt with.

Had to return because it was not compatible with our computer. But thought it was rather cheaply made and definitely would not buy this model to go with a new computer.

This printer is very noisy and slow. It frequently loses its connection to whatever one is printing. Also prints phantom pages when one wants to print only one page.

Followed all the instructions manual and online still not able to print the fee does not take the paper I'm not babe I am have not been able to use it at all

I bought this printer to print from my iPad. My family and I followed the directions and still couldn't get it to work. I returned it.

Not efficient. Loud and clunky. Uses ink quickly. Few pages printed and a color runs out.
