For the most part I am happy with this printer. For some reason setting it up for wireless printing is not as easy as I had hoped/expected. I got frustrated and haven't had a chance to go back and figure it out. Otherwise, great print quality!

This printer is more compact than my previous printer but it delivers the best printing quality I have had. Performance is excellent given the cost of the printer. It has a sleek appearance and the controls are conveniently located.

I was going to buy another hp printer but decided to try this one instead. I'm happy I did.IT works great.it prints flawlessly from my pc or smart phone and was a breeze to set up..

This is my 2nd Canon inkjet printer. My 1st Canon MP560 printer lasted about 7 years before the mechanical hardware started jamming. I really liked that printer because it was wireless and the ink is supposed to last up to 300 years for pictures. I also liked that it had both a cassette tray paper feed and a rear tray paper feed. This new MG6821 printer does not have a rear tray paper feed. It only has the 1 cassette feed paper tray. That's the main reason that I gave this printer 4 stars out of 5. I also purchased this printer based on other reviews. I wanted to get a Canon with a paper feed for the scanner and FAX capability, but those models got lower reviews. I didn't want to take a chance, and I wanted a printer under $100, as the ink cost for these things is quite high (around $50 per set of colors). I can say after a few months of using it, that I really like it. It still has the 300 year ink for photos, but different size cartridges than my last printer. It is wireless, as most printers are now-a-days. However, this printer has a very nice power-saving feature that my old one did not. It actually powers off after a set time of non-use. Then it powers on automatically when a print is sent to it. All of my computers print to this printer wirelessly, as did my last printer. I do not use a USB cord, but you can if you want to 1 computer. The feature that it has that my old one did not, that I really wanted, is the ability to print both from Apple and Android tablet/phone devices. This printer supports Apple Air printing, that many do not. So I can print wirelessly over my LAN directly from the tablet or phone to the printer. I really like that! The screen on this printer is bigger than my old one and is also touch screen. My old one required using a wheel and OK button to select options. It prints faster than my old printer, but scans about the same speed or maybe even a bit slower. I still like it. If it were not for the missing rear paper feed tray and the high cost ink, I would have given this printer 5 stars.

I purchased this combination printer, copier & scanner as a replacement for a HP unit. This was on a suggestion of the salesman in the computer/printer. I liked the features and the fact that the ink cartridges are individual colors. When I had difficulty setting up the printer, I called Tech Support and he walked me through the entire setup. I will never purchase another HP product. Speaking with a live agent is far better than the messaging you may or may not get from another company.

This is my second Canon PIXMA printer and just like my first one, this PIXMA printer is awesome too! It has WIFI built in and you can AIRPRINT stuff from your iPhone which is what I love the most. It connects to my WIFI with no issues and the images turn out great!

Printer works well. I just think it should need fewer ink cartridges bc they are expensive. professional features such as scanning, wireless printing. Good purchase for procrastinating students and anyone in general.

I've only had this printer for a month or 2, but so far I've noticed my print jobs come out a lot faster than with my old printer and the print is nice and clear.

Wireless printing at a great price. Easy setup, even on iphone and ipad. We were looking for a printer that did a "good" job for teens report and was wireless - this was it. Best Buy price dropped after we purchased and they gave us money back - effortlessly!

I was never a big fan of buying printer but ever since I began college I was convinced to purchase one of my own and I love how convenient it makes my home work. I don't have to go to my local library, I can use the wifi and print out my images or papers!

I am very pleased with this purchase. Replaced a 5 year old HP printer. Had little trouble setting up. Initially could not get the scan to work, but a quick call to Canon straightened out the problem.

This is a great printer for a home, easy to use, quick on the printing, great on space, I`m not sure how long it last the ink since I have not used much.

Easy set up, printer very easy to use, quality very good. Only drawback for picture printing no alternate paper tray.

I love this printer. It was a little confusing to set up, but I was able to figure it out, although I am not great with electronics/computers. I am finding the scanner to be a bit confusing as well. Once I scanned an item, it was difficult for me to find it. But again, I was able to figure it out. Love the wireless printer. Not very expensive. Great deal for the money.

No issues with this Printer (or my old Cannon). We upgraded to this one because we were looking for a wireless version. Got an amazing deal on this printer because it was on sale but also came with gift cards. At first we were annoyed with having to turn on the printer every time we wanted to print something, but there is a setting in the printer properties that allows you to make the printer turn on automatically when you print.

I bought this printer because of the reviews. I wanted a printer for photos. The printer does an excellent job. It does everything I thought it would. You can't go wrong with this product!

I originally purchased an HP printer but the picture quality was horrible and the pictures had white borders. I took it back and got the Cannon. It works great. It's easy and the pictures come out high quality. I can also print from my phone

Great price, great product, easy to setup and easy to use. I set up two computers, a laptop and can print from iphones and an ipad with this printer! This printer was a great value!!

This is really nice tiny printer. The operations is really easy , most amazing thing is that it can print both ways, cloud connection.

Exactly what i was looking for as a college student I was being cheap and trying to avoid buying a printer. But I'm glad I did. Great picture quality Easy set up & affordable price.
