This is a great printer with wifi. Its simple to print using wifi.

Very slow, difficult to set up, noisy, Not simple to use.Only 1 paper tray for 8.5 by 11 paper. Will only print borderless if document is transferred into a different program than what it was originally created in. Print quality good.

I know it can be used for more than photos, but my my. The photos printed are stunning and vibrant. Haven't gone through full use of cartridges or had it long so I can't comment on that. But volume is not what my intended use is for it. Just wanted an afford in-house printer that could produce quality photo prints when needed for an occasional print job of a few prints and wow, it works perfectly for that requirement.

Works great for iPhone, iPad or computer printing without the need for wifi. Devices can print straight to printer. So cool.

the printer is easy to use and gives excellent results. the photos are clear with true color. It is also a fine for printed material.

Loading the printer's info was easy, I have the app on all my gadgets and can download and print photos (color), documents. This comes in very handy and once again setup was breeze. I think the quality of the reproduction is great and I love the seperate ink cartridges.

The quality of the picture printing is as good as any of the one hour places. And I love that it has multiple paper trays. Setup took a little long but once it was done it worked right away and the interface was really easy.

Pros - The unit itself was the easiest to setup of all of the printers that I have used previously. The Wireless connection was very easy to setup and use. The touch screen is fantastic and the options within the menu selection allow easy access to the system utilities. The provided media allows connection to various useful utilities. Duplexing... Cons - very small paper tray, the picture quality isn't as great as I was hoping, but for the price, it performed exactly as needed.

This printer is great for printing photos. It is very easy to operate. It has been easy to scan and send documents also.

We're extremely happy with our purchase. I was glad to find a wireless device that could scan into PDF via WiFi to any of our three computers in the home. The ability to scan and send via email is also handy. My wife especailly likes the capability of being able to print from any device including her tablet and smartphone.

I have used this style printer for quite a few years now, and this one is pretty much the same. Excellent quality for printing and scanning photos, as you would expect from Canon. WiFi capability is nice as well. I can print from anywhere in the house from any computer/tablet, without the need for a printer cable.

Easier to use for printing several photos requiring more than one sheet. The separate photo cassette only handles the smaller sized photo paper so it is necessary when using letter sized photo paper to replace the plain letter paper in the second cassette with photo paper . Fine for regular printing. Ink usage, so far, has been slightly better than expected.

I've had many printers but this is my first Canon. Easy to install and use. color pics turns out great!

If photos...AND ONL PHOTOS...are your thing than this is the printer for you. It will rival the best that Kodak could ever deliver. BUT AT A PRICE. You will probably NEED A SECOND JOB to keep the thing in ink. And popping out prints that are GREAT reuqire a great deal of time. Setting it up...well that gave me something to do for an afternoon.
